(CNN) - Justice Ginsburg was released from Washington Hospital Center this morning and plans to be at work at the Court this afternoon, a spokesperson for the Supreme Court said.
I don't often agree with Justice Ginsburg, but her close friendship with Justice Scalia shows that despite philosophical and judicial differences, the Justices are decent people who are not partisan and egomaniacal.
