WASHINGTON (CNN) – President Barack Obama puts on his fundraiser-in-chief hat again later this month.
The president is scheduled to headline a top-dollar dinner for the Democratic National Committee at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York on Tuesday, October 20, according to a Democratic source.
Obama is also the main attraction at a Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee-Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee joint fundraiser in Miami on October 26, according a a Democratic leadership staff source.
The president also heads back onto the campaign trail later this month. Jon Corzine's re-election campaign says the Obama will team up with the New Jersey governor later this month. The president joined Corzine at a campaign rally this summer, and on Wednesday Vice President Biden teamed up with Corzine in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Well, looks like Obama is back doing what he does best.....campaigning. Or is that vacations?
What are the Democrats running on? 9.8% unemployment?
Campaigning does not stimulate the economy or reform health care. He spends 25 minutes with his general, but he has plenty of time to campaign.
It's not multitasking when nothing gets done.
Maybe Obama should DO something rather than campaign.
Maybe he should stimulate something other than donations to Democrats.
I think we've seen enough of the Democrats.

I use to be a Democrat, can you bring in some money into my household Mr. Obama? A job market in a growing economy might be nice as I really enjoy earning my money rather than being a subserveant Governmental subject on the Old Plantation?
How about focusing on the failing economy and the war on Afghanistan before worrying about Democrat fundraising? And what about healthcare reform? Gitmo? Gays in the military? Energy? The environment? Can we please have some focus and prioritization. Please!
Is he going to stay off TV, stay in the White House, and do the job he is being paid to do. That would help him and the democrats, or maybe not.
SNL was spot-on. This guy has tons of irons in the fire, but ZERO accomplishments other than bailing out GM (against most peoples' wishes) and it still filed bankruptcy, and passing the stimulus package that has failed to stimulate so far.
Granted, he has a nice smile and seems to be a nice enough guy, but an effective leader, I think not.
All the better though, most of the things he wants to implement are misguided policies anyway.

We went from having a president who spent most of his time hiding from challenges to one who has the ability to juggle a myriad of challenges at once.

Come 2012 he'll be able to fund raise full time after he loses in a landslide.
You know, I heard the GOp are making gains in New York and even Jersey, that couls spell trouble for the Dems in those states. Maybe New York will be fine but with the Attorney General there, he's making the GOP look good in that state, to say the least. But is understandable, Corzine could use some dough to get the resources and equipment needed to get re-elected, he'll be in for a tough fight.
Still haven't heard who will challenge him but I'm sure it'll be someone who is familiar within the state. And as for my boy...
I gotta confess, I am disappointed, I am. I hope he realizes and gets some kind of plan in motion cause when the 2010 elections come, it can be very challenging, that I promise you. He has time but time is wasting for him.
By the way, I'm sure you know is a diversion talking about Afghan than Health Care, right? There's SO many issues he has to work with and I bet you any one of those with a "W", could bury the hatchet for the months and next year to come...let's hope.
why not raise some money for the people who's umemployment ran out. There's a good idea.
