DNC asks supporters to take on Palin's 'lies'

The Democratic National Committee is taking fresh aim at Sarah Palin.
The Democratic National Committee is taking fresh aim at Sarah Palin.

(CNN) - The Democratic National Committee is taking fresh aim at Sarah Palin, encouraging supporters to attack the former Alaska governor on Facebook in order to "debunk her lies."

In an e-mail to supporters, and on a new Web site, the DNC asks supporters to call out Palin when she uses Facebook to transmit what the committee says are falsehoods.

"The more we push back with the truth, the more Sarah Palin and others like her will have to think twice before they promote lies, and the less they'll be able to derail progress," DNC executive director Jen O'Malley Dillon wrote in the e-email.

Palin is the latest high-profile Republican to be targeted by the DNC in a campaign they've labeled "call 'em out." Other Republicans in the DNC's cross-hairs have included House Minority Leader John Boehner, Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele, and Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann.

Speaking of liars, What happen to N Pelosi when she lied about the CIA? You people have short memories. There have been a lot of lies spoken since the Dem party took office, transparency being the biggiest and today's health care announcement wasn't any different. Every one patting themselves and friends on the back for a terrific job. Also heard C Wrangles name mentioned again what a joke and crook. How is anyone to beieve anything with todays congress In charge, Some good advice fire them all and start over.

It doesn't matter what you say in return to any of these people left or right.. if people don't read up and educate them selves then they will always believe what they hear .. every1 needs to check and re-check whats being said to know what's the truth and what is false.. but so many people dont want to educate them selves on anything.. they rather be apart of something just because they dont like the other party.. even if the other party is telling the truth no matter what party it is .. to them it does not matter and thats the Bigger problem .."EDUCATION", "KNOWLEDGE" "UNDERSTANDING" & COMMON SENCE"

Vice President Joe Biden's favorable rating has fallen to 42 percent in a new Gallup poll, down from a high of 59 percent just after last year's election. Biden's unfavorable rating in the new poll is 40 percent, up from 29 percent last November. (Eighteen percent of those surveyed say they have no opinion of Biden.)

New Sarah Palin poll: Uh, oh

By Yael T. Abouhalkah, Kansas City Star Editorial Page columnist

The new CNN/Opinion Research Corp. survey released Wednesday

But on more upbeat notes, almost two-thirds say she's a good role model for women. And 56 percent say she's honest and trustworthy.

Time to attack Palin. The bullies are out in force. She is seen in a more favorable light than Biden.

It seems that everything she has said has been validated. Even the "Death Panels" remark has been substantiated. The words Seath Panel were not in the legislation, but legislation that requires Doctors to be fined or recieve less reimbursement for giving seniors the crae they need, does the same thing. It makes doctors choose between giving care or getting fined. That is what Mrs. Palin was specifically referring to. It's TRUE.

Listen to the comments by Robert Reich. He says said that seniors need to be told they won't recieve the care needed to extend their lives. He clearly states that in a speech to college kids at UC Berkely. And the worse part is the audience clapped and yelled in agreement.

Supporters of President Obama do not have time to take on and debunk Palin and her lies. To do so would keep us tied up at least through 2020 and we must work to get President Obama re-elected in 2016.

Oh, don't bother asking Republicans. The only word they know is "NO".

Palin is one delusional FREAK. She makes up the most outrageous lies and propoganda we have ever seen. The GOP has always been a party of two faced hypocritical dirt bags, but Palin goes far and beyond even that.

GOP: The problem to all of our solutions.

Lies or no lies, if the elections are held right now between Palin and Obama and with the situation as bad here as it is abroad, Palin will win it. Lucky him.

The thing is that Palin just doesn't understand much of what is going on. Yes she is pretty, gives a good speach if someone else writes it. She just doesn't care what the truth is, she just wants to make a name for herself. If she were ever to become president, GW Bush would have to give up his place as the worst president in history.

    I read nothing involving Palin.

    Why?

    She is NOT news.

She used to be a comedy of errors. But now its just getting old.

Please stop covering every move this non-player makes.

    TIA

    Ender.

Good. The lies and divisiveness by prominent Republicans are ruining America, especially with the help of megaphones like Fox "news". Democrats have tried to peacefully speak the truth, but it's beginning to look like a stronger response is needed.

Too bad one has to rely on regular people to call out a public person's lies.

CNN was really good at factchecking SNL. Why not factcheck someone like Sarah Palin, who could end up running for President?

The death panel lie was a real whopper. I don't know how the press even let it get any traction other than to discredit Ms. Palin. I don't know why she even gets any attention at this point. What does she actually have going for her?

Are you kidding me? There isn't enough space on facebook to call out all of Palin's lies!!!!

Great idea! It's about time Democrats start acting like they have a spine and stand up to the LIARS! Especially, in my opinion, Michelle Bauchmann! That woman is even WORSE than Pallin' Palin and I didn't think that was possible!
