Well CNN, she is not a "former Republican presidential nominee", but keep up the good work on trying to discredit her as a viable future one (< dripping with sarcasm).

What do you expect from this twit? All she is doing is preaching to her choir.

Why is Palin afraid that people will take note of what she says? How can she be so bold as to speak at a public event, yet so insecure that she demands that no one outside the event be told about it?

She's a nutjob. She knows mainstream America thinks she's whacked out, and anything she says is going to be put on youtube for everyone's entertainment. Her views are so out of joint with the vast majority of America, and the fact that she is trying to hide it could be an indication that she is going to say things that would create an atmosphere of hate, ditrust, and outright racism. Except that she already did that on the campaign trail.

Looks like Sarah is afraid of her own words or actions showing up on youtube or similar. My eighteen-year-old daughter is more articulate and knowledgable than Sarah. Face it, Sarah is going to rake in as much money as possible. McCain punched her earnings ticket last year. If America ever elects her to the White House then America is too dumb to continue to be a global superpower.

Why should she allow the media....Pelosi didn't have an open gathering when she unfolded her 2,000 page takeover of the medical industry in a recession. California please vote anybody...anyone...whoever...to take her Senate seat ....the good citizens of Nevada seem to be taking care of Harry Reid for the Nation. Sarah Palin....in no longer a government employee....she can do anything she wants. Lay off her.

I suspect Ms Palin's mental stability, frankly. Everything I have read suggests that she is, at the least, a bit strange. For one thing, she and her staff are concealing her massive ignorance of almost everything. Anyone who can't think of a book she's read or a newspaper she reads is certainly out of touch with the outside world. Secondly, she seems vengeful and wants to punish those who have opposed her by using her power (as governor, for example) against them. This is certainly petty. Thirdly, she and her husband have relationships with political nut-groups who want to secede from the US.

This woman is a loose cannon. If she is ever elected to anything else, God forbid, we are likely to find out just how batty she really is.

I hope Sarah continues her march towards the republican presidential nomination! That way we will have a democrat in the white house for many years to come!

O.K. CNN...enough already! Is this a news organization or just 'All things Palin"? Are you trying to prove she's an idiot? If so, when is enough? Al Gore is an idiot and we don't see every other story on the ticker about him. There are several idiots in the current administration, just pick one and run with it. These people are, at least, in a position to affect the direction of the United States. But no, let's fixate on Sarah Palin. Let's write every other news story about Sarah Palin. There must be a reason for this constant attention on a woman who doesn't even hold a government position. Well actually, there are two.

What is she hiding? If I were a supporter of hers and paid my price of admission, I would be highly insulted that I could not even get photos of her. I have great photos of political rallies – from George H.W. Bush and Bob Dole to Hillary Clinton (so don't think this is a dem vs. rep thing). She is continuing to prove herself as nothing more than some nut job who is not quite "Rogue" enough to speak freely in front of a bunch of supporters without the fear that she might say something stupid and have it appear on YouTube.
