To all Obama supporters: Congradulations. This is the beginning of the end of the United States as we know it. You people make me sick. Go out and get a freaking job. If you can't find one, you are not looking hard enough. Farming and agriculture are some jobs that are hiring right now. There are many imigrants from hispanic countries working in these industries, just to prove my point. Quit looking for a hand out. The American people do not owe you a living. We don't owe you free health care. We don't owe you anything. If any of you want free health care, or any of the other 'Government' help, move to Switzerland, where the government pays for everything except your car and gas. Pay the 80 percent income tax that the Sweds have to pay. Have the government micro-manage your life like they do the lives of the Swedish people. Do not bring that here. We, the Tax Paying Public, do not want it. If you are not happy with America, LEAVE!!!!!!!!!

Bit of clarification on that initial post regarding the rhetoric. This means you, America, left and right. We expect that from the politicians, they think it's expected of them. I mean you, my fellow American citizens. Let the politicians scream and yell at each other, that's part of what we pay them to do, but we, as citizens, were raised better. Don't stoop to a politician's level, folks, you know better.

I am absolutely elated by the bill passing tonight!!! The late Senator Kennedy is definitely singing in heaven. This is not only an historic moment in our time, but one that will help so many Americans including those who didn't want it to pass.

Well done Obama and Polosi. You have done what most Americans want you to do, not the extrem right wingnut and tea bagers. This victory is a blow to those who organized tea bagers to Capital Hill on Thursday for their own selfish interests. Americans have won and the haters have lost

    AMEN and AMEN!!

I watched and it was a GREAT moment in American history. The Democrats have brought relief and real hope to all of us who are being abused by the insurance industry. This is REAL reform and will help every American have quality healthcare and never be denied coverage or bankrupted from medical bills again.

The Democratic healthcare bill was all about the PEOPLE. They get why they are in Congress and have delivered for us!

Thank God. Now if someone would just inform the "Teabaggers" that the majority of them are not even remotely in or even near the tax bracket that this would effect...

Obama said before, "I own GM," not we the American people own GM. Now thanks to selfish, we want it now, we want it "free" people, he owns us (for now). Haven't all of you noticed, the only time Obama uses the word "us" is when he wants something, and after he gets what he wants that he reverts back to "I"? Just because you "won" today does not mean you won't "lose" tomorrow, and I don't mean elections, I mean freedom.

This just cost the Dems the majority in 2010. The Independents will be voting them out. Yea!

The Momentum is there. The American People are finally going to have health care reform, and the GOP said it couldn't be done.

    Now on to the Senate!

Wait for it....wait for it....ANND here come the Republican "threats" on the House Democrats. Read on one blog entry, this one guy is preparing for "Revolution 2.0". Nothing more enjoyable than the cries and whines of a losing obstruction.

After big Pharma puppets (The Republican Party) spent hundreds of millions of dollars in their extreme frenzy of lobbying pressure to avoid losing a single dollar to their bottom lines, they ended up losing because the Republican Party is not a majority in the House, nor in the Senate, nor are they in the White House.

Sadly and never mentioned nor covered by the News Media is the fact that Western Medical Practices increasingly add and heavily rely on multi-million dollar equipment for routine Western Medical practices.

Hospitals and Physician Groups which invest and continue adding to and re-purchasing these mega million dollar medical equipment, have no way to lower their operating expenses short of bankruptcy.

A top to bottom review of standard and routine western medical practices needs to be implemented if the public at large wish to begin seeing fair and reasonable medical expenses for average and routine medical procedures.

Lacking that, a major shift by medical consumers away from western medical practitioners to eastern or alternative medical licensed practitioners would force a change.

Any sizable loss of revenue by a Western Medical Hospital Group, or any Physician's Group would cause them to rethink their routine use of prohibitively expensive medical equipment for routine medical procedures.

Well the little witch got what she wanted. But I can't believe she is too happy about the results. It doesn't look too good for it passing in the near future. It would be so great if she gets booted out next year. But with all the freaks in her district she most likely will get another term, but maybe she will be booted from the chair of the House. Can hope.

Congratulations to our lovely Congress for a majority vote on yet another piece of legislation which the majority have not read which most aren't aware of what is in it but they were told by their party to vote for it so they did.

As always our Congress knows best so even though the problems of healthcare could be attacked one piece of a time starting with fraud in Medicare and legal reform so that doctors don't perform unnecessary tests to cover their rear ends we instead are given a monstrosity of a bill. A big whose full effects won't be known until it is implementation and yet this vital piece of legislation which is so important won't be implemented until after the 2010 elections....
