I am glad that our President will be there. He may give those grieving families a little comfort.
This is a tragedy that nobody saw coming. Our servicemen are having to deal with war and are cracking under pressure.
We do need to give them all the help they need.
God bless all of our troops and their families.

Good for them. This is as it should be. He is the Commander-In-Chief and she has been a champion of military familes even before the election. Please convey the country's condolences, as well as our prayers to the families.

I wish you people that criticize Obama would realize that he is trying to do the best he can to fulfill his administration. As I have said before if you are constantly complaining you are part of the problem and not part of the solution. I praise President Obama and his wife.

As a proud Army mom of an active duty soldier, who recently left Ft Hood after 3 yrs., I'm glad our President and First Lady will be attending this memorial. Let's get to the bottom of why the military mental health system missed this....

Obama should have made the trip immediately after he made his "shout-out" press conference.

When President Obama and the First Lady embrace these military families with hugs I hope they feel the hugs and sympathy of all Americans arms around them. God Bless them.

Good call...they urgently need some support from Boss Obama after the horror that no soldier should experience on home turf.

Well good for him, but the last two times I saw him speak on this it didn't seem to have much feeling on it. He seemed more emotional giving the shout out. That's just my opinon, maybe others felt the depth of his concerns .
