(CNN) – It is unclear if President Obama's tough words for President Hamid Karzai are enough to reassure skeptical Democrats. Even hawkish Democratic Rep. Jane Harman opposes the president, in large part, because of the corruption problems surrounding the Afghan president.

He can't sugarcoat this. It is what it is – escalation. We voted on CHANGE. This is "more of the same." Sorry, Obama. You have lost my confidence.
In a day when climategate is revealing some major problems that the news channels nor the administration want to talk about, unemployment at 10% and more, and out of control spending, can this administration be trusted to not take the advice of the generals on the ground and go their own way?
I think not!
Rather see obama clean up the corruption within his own party but fat chance of that ever happening.
Tough words are just words and so far all Obama has-been is talk BLA BLA BLA OBAMA has never told the truth, Ill wait for his actions.
CLIMATEGATE and the ECONOMY CNN you ignore the real stories.
Tough words and deep bows! Not impressive....
Democrats better start standing united amongst themselves. It's the only way to accomplish anything....Republicans could care less about the American people, it's up the the Democrats to pull American out of this terrible mess left by George W and his Republican thugs.
