Seems kinda funny so many people are against paying a paltry fee for an abortion with government funds, but have no problem paying hundreds of thousands of taxpayers dollars for welfair for unwanted kids for years... The majority of the people in this country have no clue about most things... look at gay marrage, most people see a gay or lesbian couple and think it might be bad but they accept it everyday, so what is the difference if they are married or not, is no different than a man and woman living together without being married but that is acceptable... how many people really care anymore 5 minutes after they see a gay/lesbian couple... Same thing with abortion, how many pro lifers are willing to pay for the babies that are not wanted... let the health bill state the prolifers have to pay for the babies and you would see a big change in the number of people that are pro life... why should I have to pay for a baby that isn't wanted when the option to abort it is available... I would rather pay a small fraction for an abortion than several years worth of welfair...

    Price of a Condom: $1.33

    Price for an abortion $500.00 – $5,000.00

    Taxes shouldn't pay for STUPID!!!!

I admire Senators Nelson, Casey, and colleagues who are fighting a just course to prevent public funds from being used to destroy the unborn children. As an independent, it is a vital element that can earn my support for the senate bill. I think the struggle has just began, it can make or mar the senate bill. It is senseless and immoral to use tax payers money to fund non-medical abortion!

Bottom line, if you want an abortion, then you pay for it.
