This is really what these legislators are working for! Screwing us and getting paid. Joe Lie-Ber-Man needs to go to anywhere but America. What a PIG! Get rid of him, Dems!

I am now getting somewhat pessimistic for any reforms to come thru. Or this loop hole to be closed.

As long as there are lawmakers like Sen Lieberman on the Hill,we the people should have little hope of good things happening to us.( remember he is one of those who also got us into Iraq disaster!)

Who are these people? Where are they coming from? Seems to me that their agenda is simply this- let the already fat cats ( insurance Cos) get fatter, no public option, no to 55 yrs old Americans to buy into Medicare, no competition for these pampered big businesses & let there be loop holes in the health care bill for them to smoothly slip thru.

We the millions of uninsured Americans & others who cannot afford health insurance might as well go to some other planet or continue to live in dread of getting ill.
I suggest that health care coverage of these lawmakers which the taxpayers pay, should be taken away.

This loophole in the Senate's health care deal is only the first in many that will uncovered.

All previous plans that include a public option are better than what the Senate is now considering.

But Reid needs to be able to congratulate his fellow Senate Democrats when he announces that the CBO score, so Reid has chosen to look for ways to reduce the overall cost of the bill by cutting coverage and to hide their efforts in the details rather than act like a real leader.

So, when you here Reid beaming at the press conference to announce the CBO score this week, remember that we’ll be getting this turd at a high price, i.e. the failure of real health care reform.

Healthcare needs some sort of reform. But both the outcries against public option, and the 2000+ paged Dems' suggestions are astronomically annoying.

  6. Loopy healthcare bill

The healthcare bill is complete garbage. Not only is it nearly impossible to implement, but there are too many holes, expenses, and additional panels and agencies to add–plus the whole NEW systems is opposed by 60% and favored by only 30%.

Instead a bunch of career politicians creating a NEW unsustainable systems, let's find REAL ways to reduce actual healthcare costs (note: that doesn't mean the the government has to create new laws/policies).

Reform doesn't mean, Healthcare Overhaul. (Fire Obama, Pelosi and Reid).

One quick point MUST be made - why do we continue to refer to this as "Healthcare Reform?"

It's NOT Healthcare Reform, which doesn't need reformed. We have some of the best healthcare available in the world. It's HEALTH INSURANCE that needs to be reformed. Health insurance companies are out of control, health insurance is now considered a necessity, so therefore it NEEDS reform. The Insurance companies sure won't do it.

The Obama Administration is forgainst the loophole. One day in favor of limits on amounts to be paid on an insured and the next says no limits. Claim to be in favor of both, that way they are always for the people.
