Delegates at the U.N. Climate Change Conference are 'running short on time' to reach agreement on a deal, U.S. President Barack Obama said Friday.

Copenhagen, Denmark (CNN) - Delegates at the U.N. Climate Change Conference are "running short on time" to reach agreement on a deal, U.S. President Barack Obama said Friday.

"There is no time to waste," Obama said. "Now I believe it's the time for the nations and the people of the world to come behind a common purpose. We are ready to get this done today, but there has to be movement on all sides."

Earlier Obama met with nearly 20 other heads of state and government at the summit in Copenhagen, Denmark to hammer out an agreement on climate change, including French President Nicolas Sarkozy, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Brazilian President Lula da Silva.

China was being represented at the meeting by Vice Foreign Minister He Yafei.

And we're running out of money here. Don't pledge funds you don't have. The American taxpayers are not your private bank.

We keep hearing from Obama that everything is in crisis. What's with Obama on this "crisis" thing?

That "global warming" is caused by any kind of human activity a complete myth–even the True Believers at CRU at East Anglia had to resort to lying about the data because the data didn't support their preconceptions. And now this bozo of a president wants to commit billions of American dollars to solve this non-problem. Ridiculous!

Blah, Blah, Blah. All NObama can do is cry "wolf" all the time. Everything with this guy is "time is running out". It was running out on health care and we lived past his imaginary panic deadline. Now it is running out on climate change legislation. HEY NOBAMA, the climate has been around a LOOOOOONG time and your silly verbal proclamations aren't going to change anything. They may have gotten you a Nobel Prize for Gabbery, but God isn't listening to a slippery politician shaking his fist in the wind. Enjoy your 15 minutes 2012 is coming and 2010 is even sooner when America will dump some Democrats to save America.

Great, just what we need... A bunch of politicians without a clue to the science behind the discussion. Nothing good will come of these fools. It's time for the science community to shout these morons down. It's time to face the real facts and stop making up the data to fit their agendas.

Is anyone else out there in liberal land getting tire of this fraud, running around the world telling us the sky is falling as an excuse for giving away more of our money and apologizing for previous administrations living up to their constitutional duties. Obama, one and done.

I love it when these global warming nuts holds a meeting and the worst snowstorm of the year would always hit them. True there is such a thing as climate change folks, it's called...Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. The same clowns were telling us back in the 70's that we were heading into another Ice Age.

Blah blah blah. Let me be clear, this is a false choice, we're running out of time.

The only one running out of time is Obama. Only 3 more years of this clown show.

The problem is that everything is an emergency for the great Dumb-o-CRAP in charge. And in making everything an emergency and priority, nothing is an emergency or a priority. He's used up all of his political capital by making everything a hurried rush.

As a 19 year old person, I urge you all to listen to what President Obama just said. Time is running short, and this is the final time we can have this oppurtunity to do make this big of a choice to influence the future. If nothing is done, I will very likely see the consenquences of inaction, and so will your children. To those people who say we should let this event "fail" as the senator from Oklahoma likes to say, you are saying that you do not care about the future of our environment that affects all 6.7 billion of us. If you guys keep on arguing with eachother over senseless stuff, nothing will get done, and future generations will be cursing you until the bitter end. That is not a prediction, that is a guarentee. If you do not believe me, just ask some other young people around your area, and just hear what they have to say about the current generation in charge right now; you'll see how much your generation already messed up.

If humans are causing global warming, it is because of this hot air. The man-made global warming junk science is about sucking money out of you so the proponents can buy themselves new SUVs.

  17. Really

Why does he always make everything sound like the "sky is falling". And we need to rush into everything. Luckily he was not President during 9/11, we would have rushed into war right away. At least Bush tried other means for a couple of years before invading Iraq.

To prove that I am right on this, my house has a carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide detectors that detects the carbon level inside and outside my house, and it goes off everytime it reaches a danger level. The outside detector has gone off at least once a week, and the one inside the house, only 5 times so far. I have had those in the house for over 5 years now. If that is not a convincing warning sign, I don't know what you people consider a convincing warning sign at all. I urge you all to get one of those, and you will see how much carbon dioxide is in your area real quick. I guarentee you, the outside detector will go off at least once a week.
