(CNN) - The White House's so-called "money-hunk" is engaged.
Office of Management and Budget Director Peter Orszag is set to marry ABC News correspondent Bianna Golodryga, Golodryga announced on ABC's Good Morning America Tuesday.
The couple first met at the White House Correspondents Dinner last May, and the man who White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel once said "made nerdy sexy" soon won Golodryga's heart.
"[He's] tall, dark and he could say Golodryga and spell it after our first date. That is a winner in my book," she said.
The 31-year-old Golodryga, has worked for ABC since 2007 and mainly reports on business issues. Orszag, 41, is the former director of the Congressional Budget Office and a former veteran of the Clinton administration.

When your country's in a mess
And you can't get paid
Who you gonna call?
Wake up folks! The true hulks are not in Hollywood or professional sports. When everything is on the line it is usually the nerd that rises to the occation. I'm glad we got them back in the White House.
Congratulations Peter and Bianna. We love you!
"Hunk?"...Hunk of what?
Dude's not hot I wanna know who dubbed him the 'money hunk' ie. was it the female media or some coworker or himself? Bianna Golodryga needs her pic in this story. 5/1 odds she's hottter than this dude. All female business broadcast correspondents are nowadays.
This is news?
It may not be news..but it's sweet....Congratulations!
He looks like a cross between one of the geeks in Head of the Class and Louis Skolnick, character on Revenge of the Nerds.
I wish them both the best of luck.
WHO CARES!!! CNN you really undercut your own credibility by reporting this kind of stuff.
If you really wanna be respected for actual journalism this is not the way to do it.
So am I reading CNN, TMZ or the Enquirer?
Orszag is a highly intelligent man and so is she. So stop being jealous and achieve the same for yourself, that's all that matters.
Yeah, this guy is definitely not bringing sexy back to politics. Someone at the White House has a sense of humor that nobody knew about.
Hunk of what?
Actually, the girl is hot so this guy must be doing something right.
My god! did you see the hunk of diamond he gave her. she was on GMa this morning when she wavied her hand it looked like a liz taylor rock and a camera flash.
public service pays very very well.
CNN-–have you looked at your ratings recently????
And, you still can't figure out why.
Money Hunk? This guy is a pathetic-looking geek! How befitting that a Democrat is officially engaged to be married legally to an ABC reporter! The mainstream media has been living in sin and shacking up with most liberal Democrats for years.
Maybe their getting married for the Tax Breaks or Cadillac Healthcare Insurance that Bureaucrats give themselves!
Good for her/them, wish them all the happiness.
List this in the category of "WHO CARES!?!?!?!"
Please, please tell me who cares????? CNN, you sure are slipping! I've been on vacation well over a week and, some things just don't change!
Man have they lowered the standards of what is considered a hunk.
Extreme media? You mean the people who tell the truth and wouldn't touch a dumb non story like this. This is something the NEA would teach a course about. Stupid democrats and liberally biased press and dumber liberal followers of Obama.
Good for him! Nice to hear something happy once in a while, instead of pirates, terrorists and joblessness all the time.
This is the WH version of HUNK? I actually paged down, thinking there was another photo of the "hunk" somewhere on the page. Plus, why is this news?? Especially "political" news? Lets see.... the next thing that is going to be considered "political news" is when one of the Obama girls "comes of age".... Puhleeze, is this the best or most newsworthy thing this administration has to offer??? A laughable attempt of a JFK Jr/wanna-be (who WAS a hunk), and something that should be on a society or entertainment page.....
This just makes this admin looks like more of a joke every move they make.... But it WAS good for a laugh, I can give them that!
I like CNN's website better then Fox's, but it is stuff like this that is the reason I watch Fox News. A White House staffer engaged to an ABC News correspondent.....literaly the White House in bed with a news corporation. What a shock!!!!
You guys mock CNN for putting this stuff out there, but take a look at any given point on the front page at what the highest buzzed articles are. We had a guy try to blow up a plane in US Airspace and more people are interested in Charlie Sheen's 911 call. This happens every day...take a look each day. It's disgusting, but this is what the American public want. CNN is just catering to the demands of their audience.
Shouldn't this be in the gossip column rather than the political column? Let's stay on target.
