(CNN) – Famed White House party crashers Tareq and Michaele Salahi are going from party crashers to guests of honor.
"President Obama's most unexpected guests" are slated to headline a party at Caesar's Palace nightclub on January 16, according to the event organizer's Web site.
The pair are reportedly being paid $5,000 total for the appearance, according to the New York Post. A spokesman for the event could not be reached to confirm that number.

It continues to amaze me how the media time and time again gives these low lifes publicity for their abhorent and costly antics and organizations that law abiding good Americans support with their hard earned money, pay these idiots to appear. This only perpetuates more of this kind of stunt. When are you going to give attention to really serious issues that need to be brought to the forefront and addressed? If you want to do a Public Service, publish the name of the organization sponsoring this garbage and let us excercise our right to boycott their products or express our dismay.
