Harry, you're working for the people, therefore you have nothing to worry about. McConnell and his gang of thugs should be shaking in their penny loafers.

The President is correct with this decision to campaign with Senator Reid. Recent news cycle(s) aside, the President can count to sixty.

This is stupid....Reid is stupid and if President Obama wastes his precious time campaigning for this bone head then I really question Obama's commitment to rebuilding our economy and fighting terrorism. Reid doesn't listen to the American people and should therefore be voted out of office. It's really quite simple actually.

Go Harry! You have my total support! You have helped engineer the greatest health care reform in U.S. history! You will go down in history as a great senator and President Obama will go down in history as a fantastic two-termed president.

It just goes to show you, idology trumps principles every time with liberals. Reid and ex-KKK member Robert Byrd could pour out ignorant, racist slurs all day but Obama, but in the end, their reliable votes for any and all socialist causes are indespensible to the gang in power.

How dare you CNN publicize this. Reid is a good man and he said what others will not. Yes, Obama is light skinned (but not as as fare as many African Americans born to two 'light skinned' parents) and he does not speak in Ebonics (unless he chooses to do so). I would like to remind you all at CNN and at FOX that speaking in a cultural dialect does not access your intellect.

Reid championed for health care reform and that is what has gotten the Republicans upset and as usual they want to destroy anyone they can stands stands for the rights of people rather than Corporate America.

Since your polls never include a cross section of people (and certainly not African Americans), I am not interested in your rediculous polls. My poll says that African Americans are not upset. Now what Clinton said, that is another matter.

Republicans in recent history have never cared for African Americans and we all know that and we have our own thoughts about that probably not one person will share with you at CNN. This is apparent with Michael Steel's appointment, they let him know quick where 'his place should be and what he should say."

This is nothing more than a ruse by some very hateful individuals that despise Obama and anyone that looks like him. So let's spend more time on something different. I enjoy your blogs, but I choose MSNBC for news. I don't like your Right tilt.

If I want a tilt, let it be to the left.

So as long as the Democratic payolla keeps rolling in to its African American voters, Democrats can pretty much say anything they want and get away with it. If Republican were only as good as bribing African Americans – with other people's money, of course – Republicans would get the same consideration.

Will Obama use a Negro dialect when he campaigns for Reid?

    Democrats = HYPOCRITS

Uh oh dems! It has already started, the backlash from america that is coming will be like none the U.S. has ever seen. Never in american history has the government forced a bill with only democrats voting for it into law. What has Obama done? race relations are worse now than before he was elected, unemployment is at 10%, the $787 billion dollar stimulus has produced 3,200 hundred temporary jobs, foreclosures are at an all time high, public school test scores are at an all time low, Obama cut the Voucher Program for low income students to go to better schools while his daughters go to the best all white school, businesses are fleeing the U.S. at an epidemic rate because of the policies and taxes Obama is putting on them and those jobs are not coming back, Troops are being killed in two countries now after Obama promised to end the Iraq war, and on top of all of that Obama wants to take half a billion dollars away from senior citizens medicare and give it to able bodied middle aged childless minorities. The list could go on forever, the bottom line is we voted (or ACORN fixed the election) for someone who has little to no experience in any of these matters, the dems are done in 2010 and Obama is done in 2012. What a mistake we have made, God help us.

  22. Obama reads his lies, unions thrive, gov't grows, national debt grows, our freedoms and our economy dies.

Good news for the GOP. Hey news alert, Obama is toxic. His track record of helping out Corzine and Virginia is pretty pathetic. Come to think of it, his track record in getting the Olympics, getting China to work in the global cooling issue wasn't much better either. Has this guy accomplished anything other than to run our debt into financial hell?

  23. Great campaigner, effective politician, lousy president

    Politicians sure are strange bedfellows......

In an odd way, I understand what Reid meant. Sadly, with PC having run amok, we are no longer able to have a real dialogue about race unless it is controlled by those with an agenda. My problem is the hypocrisy of the left. If a conservative made the same statement, the Sharpton's and Jackson's of the political world would be in uproar, calling for his or her head as a 'racist.'

Do we really need Democrats so badly, that we are going to stand behind someone who makes these types of comments? I'm sure that there are Democrats who could fill the position that don't make racist remarks.

Hang in their Harry Reid, Republicans are trying to run you out of town for their own political purposes. If Republicans really cared about what Reid said why did they send their poster child Michael Steele to the forefront first, he's such an idiot.
