Now we can stop the Obama Gestapo and their takeover of our country while the DUMB asses in this country stand by and concentrate on American Idol, Survivor, and Jerry Springer

And what are the Main Stream Media going to use as an excuse for regular Americans, who are tired of :Change you can Hope for" , goinf to do now that their Messiah is stopped in his tracks

Brown win should be almost a Referendum .
Obama and his almost Socialist tilting team(Pelosi........) will get a loud and clear message.I hope Republican party gets its acts together and get ready for coming year election. This country is heading to Europe style misery if power is not grabbed by Republicans.
People in Mass. should feel proud tonight for their votes.

Too awful to believe. Did we not just live through 8 years of proof that right-wing policies are disastrous? I guess the Republicans were smart enough to make a mess so big it couldn't be cleaned up in a year and... they win again!

I truly hope washington get the message that we tried to send today,
It was not about Martha. It was about having Washington understand that we are not happy with what is happening.

To not listen will result in a lot of turnover in the fall.

You've got to be kidding me...any chance of true common man change in this country probably just went out the window...the GOP propaganda machine has succeeded once again...Has anyone noticed how the GOP always benefits from the death of a Kennedy?...and WE THE PEOPLE lose.. the middle class and common man LOSE...tonight, big business-big insurance-big pharma won big and sabotaged the little guy again....sad thing is the little guy was convinced to pull the trigger....I imagine there's a smoke filled room of CEO's right now popping Champagne corks celebrating their own good fortune with one commenting, "if the people aren't smart enough to help themselves they don't deserve to be helped. They had their chance and blew it....we'll never let it come so close again!!!!!"

Congratulations to Massachusetts! You had your turn in the national spotlight and took it. Now we finally all can see your naivte, bigotry, racism, lack of vision and just plain selfishness as the only state with universal health care.

This is a warning shot across the bow of both Dems and Reps. Quit screwing around and start to govern from the center! There are way more of us, (Independents), than all of you combined. We WILL vote you the hell out of office! To the rest of you far left and right loons, SHUT UP!

    Two things:

    1) Look how CNN is trying to down play the results of this race.

    2) So it begins: look out Democrates here we come again. Big government is not acceptable! Get it!!!!

What can "Brown" (Scott Brown) do for you? It is the beginning of the end of government waste in America. Even the Democrats are sick of it. How appropriate that a "Tea Party" resurfaces in the same U.S. State where it all began 236 years ago.

Finally, America has woken up! If Obama can't hear what the people of Massachusetts are saying loud and clear about his policies, just wait until November!

H L Menken could have been right. This is the worst news for the american people, an amazing misstep for the candidate and misrepresentation of what americans really need. We need to keep the faith and hope that Obama brought to us alive today and every day. We shall overcome.

  25. Change we can believe in

    Thanks Massachusetts.

One state in the country did vote in change we can believe in. Maybe now, just maybe, the Dems will stop blaming Bush.

And I am sooooo tired of hearing how the republicans are holding up health care. Hey Dems, you have had one full year now of majority, one party rule. The Republicans could do NOTHING to stop your health care agenda. But yet, you failed for the last year to get it passed. So you tell me, who is the blame.
