Washington (CNN) – A day after New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand sharply criticized potential Democratic primary challenger, Harold Ford Jr., she hit him again just hours before President Obama's first State of the Union address.
"Looking forward to the #SOTU tonight," Gillibrand wrote on her Twitter account. "If HF [Harold Ford] were here, he would probably be sitting on the Republican side."
Earlier this month, Ford, a former moderate Democratic congressman from Tennessee, announced that he was considering a primary challenge to Gillibrand.

Kirsten, you are not in Fords league in regards to any facet of politics, you honey, are a bought and paid for hack.
You are left of daffy Duck and I hope Ford beats you badly.
Ford is what we need more of in your party, reasonable people that will listen to an opposing view.
Hope he runs and beats her.too much estrogen in congress now.
Gillibrand has lost her what little mind she once had.
Harold Ford was a great Congressman for the state of TN and almost upset Bob Corker in an election that witnessed millionaire Corker spending millions of his own money to win the election. The people of TN will someday look back and wish they had elected an honest man like Ford.
It was quite evident that Harold Ford was a great Representative for TN as, he ran such a close race in a fanatically republican state. Even Osama bin Laden could win in TN as long as he called himself a republican.
Harold ford Jr. just took a few steps forward toward winning the election. I don't believe people are wanting ultra-left Senators right now.
Gillibrand really needs to get that gun away from her foot.
Gillibrand is a piece of work. Let's hope Harold Ford follows through!!!
