Palin blasts Democrats in Tea Party speech

Nashville, Tennessee (CNN) - Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin drew many standing ovations from a friendly crowd Saturday night as she blasted Washington Democrats and the Obama administration in a keynote speech for what was billed as the first national Tea Party Convention.

"It's so inspiring to see real people, not politicos, inside-the-beltway professionals, come out, stand up and speak out for common-sense conservative principles," Palin said.

Palin sought to hold Washington accountable as she took on a number of issues, including national security, the economy, and the recent election of Republican Scott Brown to the Massachusetts Senate seat left vacant by the late Ted Kennedy.

"America is ready for another revolution and you are a part of this," Palin said.

She called the Tea Party movement a "ground-up call to action that is forcing both parties to change the way they're doing business."

She failed! She offered nothing. She stood up there and ridiculed the President. She couldn't say how she would handle things. She failed to mention all the positive things that have occurred under Obama. She doesn't even come close to the intellect of our President.
    And National Security.....WE WIN...YOU LOSE...what a nutty policy....

Sarah Palin is exactly the same woman she was in 2008: the conservatives lap up her every word, and everyone else is repulsed by the snide jibes and the childish spite.

By the way, Sarah railed against the Bush bailouts. Wasn't she in favor of those back in 2008? Yet another flip-flop?

Personally, I think she should pay attention to DIVINE INTERVENTION, and stop trying to override the power. Although she spoke about it in her advice to the white house, I'm not convince that she is really a believer. In other words, this girl -Palin, aka divisive and ignorant, should listen to her self and seek some serious counsel from above. Because I do not believe that our God is about division and hatred. Which is what she breeds and spread. Please palin, aka divisive and ignorant, leave God out of your spread the hate speeches and just be the real ignate that you are-the divisive immigrant who WAS the governor of Alaska!

So I see the person that wrote this article did not watch the speech, she blasted both parties pretty much equally. This administration means all elected officials, not just democrats so stop with the fantasy unless you really believe no democrats supported the wars, budgets and laws of the past decade.

Republicans are irresponsible they cut taxes and INCREASED spending under Bush. At Least the Democrats are trying to find ways to increase taxes again without hurting the middle-class in order to pay down the national debt.

Sarah Palin and her so-called TEA-PARTY GANG should all be put in JAIL and be Banned for life from taking part in POLITICS . This is all " HATE" and "RACIAL POLITICS". Sad to say Sarah Palin is playing with dangerous fire and all who supports this air-head.

Honestly, what else could she say? She was playing to a crowd that paid $549 a head to hear her say exaclty that. Just like a highly paid call girl doing what she's paid to do.

I know this has been said before, but if Sarah Palin didn't look like a cheerleader, she would be a nobody. Thank you John McCain for bringing this curse on our nation.

And YES – while 'criticizing' President Obama for reading from a 'TELEPROMPTER" – she's reading off of NOTES on her HAND!!! Wow, she is such a LOSER!! She talked about the WH administration and our President but yet OFFERED NO POLICY or any PLAN to do something DIFFERENT that would WORK!!!

She had a REAL exciting crowd – totally no more than 600 people??? This represents a TRUE AMERICA??? I am so sick of an AIRHEAD who should be home raising her SPECIAL NEEDS child!!!

Could someone in the Democratic or Republican party please stand up and lead before this group racially un-diverse people actually start taking over? If these are the only people that can think outside the belt-way then this country is in deep doo-doo. Put your political parties aside and start solving the big issues we are facing.

I'm a regular person and the views these kook's represent scare me to death. What they represent is one sided thinking that is about to destroy this country. Should they get their way it would set this country back hundreds of years.

Ms. Palin would have been yesterday's news if she were less attractive than she is. She's using whatever works to advance her own financial agenda and it amazes me how duped so many have become. I say she's on track for a stand-up comedy routine because no one in the right mind can take this gal seriously.

    Sarah ROCKS.
.... and has bigger rocks than any Pink Tie Republican – or Street thug leftie Dem.

Let the establishment media echo to itself and whine on ...
Sarah represents the 'change' from K-Street suits, campus rads and statist street thugs that America really wants – and desperately needs.

She may or may not run for office again. But her voice for root values and Common Sense America resonates, from Sea to Shining Sea.

It's worth the price of admission just to watch the apoplexy she induces amongst the sniffy, effete elite class ...

Sarah wil be with us for a long while – Enjoy the ride!

I am DEM and intrigued by Palin, Limbaugh, Hannity, etc.. I like to hear their perspective on issues and most of the time they're slippery slope and strawman hat arguments. Their nonsesne makes me glad I'm educated enough to not listen to them and do my own fact finding.

The same morons who think Palin is smart, also think Fox News is "fair and balanced". Our country will never move forward as long as these idiots mingle in our society. We need another Civil War to remove the America-hating conservatives from existence.
