I once couldn't believe anyone could take this woman seriously, but now I just enjoy the entertainment. Writing on her palm was good, but quitting as the Alaskan Governor, then saying she would run for President if it would help the country, was way better. Wonder what country she was talking about . . .

Obama talks to elementary school kids with his presidential teleprompters and the lib media and the progressives say nothing. Palin writes a note on the palm of her hand (like many of us do) and all the liberal media and the east coast lunatics go psycho. Even I, a central US, slow speaking hayseed can speak to little kids without a teleprompter. Get real CNN. Get fair and balanced.

.First criticize someone for using prompts and then copy them. When challenged, attack the person(s) who have the audacity to point out the hypocrisy.

I assume she has her own name and the type of garment sewn into her clothes to remind her of what it is she's wearing and that it is hers.

It's not as much that she's a rabid anti-intellectual, it's just that she's not very smart and knows it. However, aggressive ignorance is not the preferred attribute in politics.

Ignorant vile woman, perhaps she should have written about 9/11. seems she forgot about that to, like Uncle Rudy.

I am sure she learned to do this while cheating her way through several different colleges. I am also sure she learned her perchent for sarcasm there also. after slamming the current President for "teleprompter" she resorts to her Handy cribsheet. I guess a teleprompter moves too quickly for her to keep up with. Please, Please let her drop out of sight by stopping the constant coverage. Fox does that enough.

This is funny but not unexpected for a person of Palin's caliber. I also think it's a fitting representation for the type of people she attracts.

Life can be complicated. For Ms,. Palin, remembering the three most important points in her "campaign" is complicated: Energy, Tax Cuts, Lift Voters' Spirits.
This is the same person who couldn't finish her term as Alaska's chief executive.
The same person who had her husband giving written direction and instructions to the govenor's staff and agency heads.
But, she's making a lot of money for herself selling her book and working for Fox news.
    Just what are her priorities?
I can see the campaign the slogan: "Just listen to the hand!"
Will it be hers or the Democrats?

Obama uses teleprompter to cover all subject and he is handling lots of them so that he does not forget any, but Poor Sarah can not remember just three.
USA will go down the drain with such leader and her supporter Tea party voters.

While I am not normally one to defend Former Governor Palin, she is using the same technique that served a lot of people for years before the invention of the Teleprompter! My only question is how many misspellings were on her hand?

I've read the other comments and mine is mild by comparison. Why do I have to moderate it?

Who cares what's on her hand. The evil she spews from her filthy mouth is dangerous.

Heh, I love to see the vile hate that the left media has for this person. She must be doing something right.

Reagan was criticized for using note cards for reminders. Palin is criticized for notes on the hand for reminders.

Obama is not criticized for not being able to pronounce words on the teleprompter, not once, but 4 times. Corpsman not corpseman.

Anyone who thinks this "R" is presidential material are "R's" themselves.

She is so vindictive and childish at the same time. Just like an elementary school child. Criticizing our president reading off a teleprompter and she reads basic information off her hand? What the hell is that? Criticizing having hope and change in this country that Bush obliterated. She is so evil and stupid. There are not enough adjectives to describe this pathetic excuse of a human being. All thanks goes to McCain for bringing this thing into the public spectrum. What a disgrace on his part as well.

I think it's funny, even if it is a bit sophomoric. I am also amused how this makes the press, but Obama's near total reliance on a teleprompter gets nary a notice.

STOP with the "-gate" moniker for every little scandal. I am SO sick of all the horribly cliched political phrases promulgated by the news media.

Heaven forbid Sarah starting sweating and her palm notes smudged. ROFLOL.

Also, her daughter Piper was in Nashville with her. Doesn't that child ever go to school!!!!!

While trashing President Obama for using a teleprompter,Palin clearly READ her notes on the podium while having additional notes scribbled on her hand.

Is there any end to her hypocrisy?

I wonder if she purposefully wrote on her hand, knowing full well that the media would pick up on it, just so she could start another fuss about how the media is out to get her.

On the other hand, she could just be a hypocrite who can denounce someone for using a teleprompter while hiding talking points on her hand (instead of just using index cards or paper notes). With Palin, it's hard to tell when she's being calculating and when she's just fumbling.

I hear these disgraceful newscastors making disparsing remarks re Sara Paulins speech at the TEA party meeting and of all things some notes for reference re her speech. Paper don't refuse ink neither do the air waves refuse stupid statements and I've heard some real stupid ones lately.

  23. Dems Hate the Truth

6 words written on her hand for a 25 minute speech has liberal sheep in an uproar yet they continue to defend a man who needs a teleprompter to deliver a speech to 6th graders. Go figure

all this seems a little silly to me. so she scribbled a few words on her palm to jog her memory. who hasn't needed notes to help their memory? ok, her choice was a little crude, but it isn't as if she had an entire script she simply read. i don't really care if she needs to read notes off her hand, no more than do i care that the president needs to read his speeches off a teleprompter. let's see anyone stand up before the size crowds these politicians do and not need the help of notes to keep their thougts organized. what i care more about is if any of these politicians live up to their words and actually mean what they say. words are just words until one makes them real.
