  1. If you want something ruined, put a republican in charge

It is good to get away from the lies, hate, and fear of CPAC. I had forgotten how low the John Birch Society can go. One does get tired of their PAC smear.

  2. If I was crazy, I'd be a conservative too

Do you think the right wing nuts are smart enough to figure out that only Obama can keep Cheney from being sentenced to death in the world court after Dick admitted to being the mastermind for the torture policy of the Bush administration?

If we could only get rid of Reid – but not have a Republican take his place. He is not a good leader. Of course, any Republican would be worse, but I wish we could get rid of Reid somehow.

Kiss of Death? As if Reid were alive to begin with, Reid and Pelosi ARE the problem and President Obama still isn't smart enough to distance himself yet, reminds me of that commercial, can you hear me now! I guess he will hear us in 2010 and then in 2012, and it wont be from the Whitehouse...

Notice how Obama changes his statements on something when he thinks he will benefit from it. Reid has been one of his puppets so he has to defend him so now he loves Vegas after trashing it in speeches he thinks will benefit him. Hyprocrite.

  6. Liberalism is a Mental Disorder

You know for someone that is suppose to be so intelligent he really isn't very smart. He thinks the majority of the population is ignorant AND IF you continue to believe much of anything that comes out of this mans mouth when he repeatedly lies to you and repeatedly changes his stories and stances – than he is probably correct. Shoot if Obama gets elected again (or if Reid gets voted in again) than I KNOW HE HIS RIGHT!

  7. S. Edmunds

Due to the recent GOP victories in NJ, VA, & MA that the opposing Dems had support from Obama, it is perhaps a curse to be a Democrat and have the backing of Pres. Obama. Reid will not have the victory he thinks he will come so easily, simply because Obama is openly supporting him.

Reid's best hope for re-election may not be ther president, but conservatives. so far the president has not been able to help democratic candidates in their fight to win seats. however, if, as some are hoping, conservatives become fractured in their support for either a republican or tea party candidate, then they may just end up handing Reid a narrow victory. if i were in Reid's camp i would be serptitously helping one of his conservative opponents. if, however, he is faced with one united front, then he is most likely going to be yet another incumbent who will soon be looking for a new job.

Reid is a pathetic excuse for a representative of the people. He needs to be kicked so far out of office, no one will even remember his name.

    VOTE PROGRESSIVE 2010!

$1.5 billion more to the housing and banks, think about it for a moment. Foreclosure assistance equates to the bank simply taking a fee for not liquidating it's real assets. If you don't have 20% invested in the home you are required to have mortgage insurance, typically AIG. The bank forecloses keeping whatever you have paid, they then file with the mortgage insurance company that is required to pay off the remaining loan balance. They then sell the foreclosed home and keep anything over the insurance claim or if it is a deficit, they place a lien or judgment against the Owner. This is just some more waste of tax payer dollars, it does not solve any of the problems or issues that created this mess. Hint: Fed get out of the mortgage and banking business and let these companies fail, your job is to oversee the process to assure fair competition, root out corruption and go after the CEO thieves when they fail!
