DNC Web video targets Rubio

The DNC released a web video Friday targeting Marco Rubio.
The DNC released a web video Friday targeting Marco Rubio.

Washington (CNN) - Playing off the classic Master Card 'priceless' television commercials, a DNC Web video released Friday paints Republican Marco Rucio as a serial abuser of a Florida State Republican Party credit card.

The video highlights alleged improprieties stemming from documents obtained by the St. Petersburg Times/Miami Herald that indicate Rubio made personal purchases with a state party corporate credit card.

Rubio has denied any wrongdoing, saying he later reimbursed the party.

Set to classical piano, the video highlights excerpts from The Miami Herald that indicate Rubio used party funds for auto repair, property management and restaurant meals.

Rubio is a rising GOP star locked in a senatorial primary battle with Gov. Charlie Crist, who Rubio says is behind the leak.

Yeah, you're all right, the politicians are all crooked, just like everywhere else in the United States. The specific problem we have in Florida is that there are so few of us here left that were born and raised here before the great influx of our northern brethren. With the invention of air conditioning the yankees invaded from the north and Jimmy Carter (Obama's real Daddy) let all the Marielito' Cubans from Castro's prisons come in from the South. If you don't speak Spanish now, don't go below Orlando and if you can't handle a gun, don't go into Miami....

Yup...yet another CNN "fair and balanced" piece, written I'm sure by a Crist staffer. Geez it sure would be nice if the news media actually went and found out what was really happening instead of simply becoming a publisher of content provided by partisan political entities. There should be absolutely no misunderstanding about why our news media have all tanked...they add almost no value anymore.

I bet CNN doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to post this!

"What's priceless is CNN's free distribution of the Democrats propaganda. Keep acting as an arm of the Democratic National Committee and you're share of the media market will continue to dive as it has been doing."
-Good because FOX is a 24 x7are of the RNC and we need our own!

Rubio is typical repiglican double talker and I hope this hurts his chances at leadership.

Ask your friends in Florida about Rubio's friend & budget officer who was just indicted for moving $30 million to a Florida college – without any one's knowledge or permission!

With republicans, the whine is always "mistakes were made" – never "I made a mistake!"

Being from Florida I can tell you from personal experience what a disaster Rubio and his fellow republicans have been for our economy. I'm not a Charlie Crist fan either but he is definitely the lesser of 2 evils!

This is what those republicans call “being fiscal conservative” . 8 yrs and look where the country is, we gave them a country with a SURPLUS and look what theses blood suckers completely out of touch (but not with their pockets) did. If the Cubans did not get any special treatment (free green card) believe me, Rubio as well as the GOP will be history here in Florida, Anyway Rubio he's just a puppet of jet bush. Unfortunately we still have the republikkkans in Tallahasse who run the show.

Here's a quote from the St. Petersburg Times from Rubio when he was questioned about using the party credit card pay for airline flights for his wife:

"My wife was the first lady of the Florida House of Representatives, and it is absolutely appropriate for her to accompany me to official events and party functions."

First lady of the House of Representatives? I didn't know there was such a thing. Is there also a first lady of the Florida Senate, or the Florida Judiciary, or how about the Animal Control department?

Rubio should know better than to use his govt. card this way. Either he's stupid or a thief. Either way he's another dime a dozen dirtbag politicians.

Now he said it's a "mistake" that he double billed the govt. for EIGHT flights. Yeah right. It's only a mistake because he GOT CAUGHT !!! Hey loud mouth Republicans why aren't you up in arms about this ? Where are the cries about this guy doing wrong ? Not to be found... Because you have no morals, nor ethics. You are bought and paid for by lobbying interests and rather enrich yourself and your cronies than do the work of the people, by the people, FOR the people.

Where are those Tea Baggers now ? Can't talk with those teabags stuffed in your mouth ?!?

The Dems should hammer the day lights out of this shmo.
