Washington (CNN) - Sunday's elections in Iraq showed that "the future of Iraq belongs to the people of Iraq," President Barack Obama said after polls closed.
I hope Secretary of State Clinton sees what is happening here. 2 years ago she was parading around the country trying to convince Americans that, " The Iraq War is unwinnable.".
It's a testament here to the leadership of President George W. Bush as Commander-in-Chief. This will be completed in 6 months when the Iraqis have a fully operational democratic government of their people.

I find it hilarious that Obama and Biden are now trying to take credit for the success in Iraq........instead of giving the credit to Bush--who IS the one who should be credited for Iraq's success.
Both Obama and Biden voted against the troop surge in Iraq--which is what ended up winning the war.
Newsweek did an article last week regarding Iraq---and they credited Bush with the success in Iraq, not Odumbo.
