(CNN) – Rielle Hunter is extremely upset with the three photographs of herself featured in the latest issue of GQ magazine.
The woman who was involved in a months-long affair with Democrat John Edwards told ABC's Barbara Walters Monday she found the images - two of which feature her without pants - "repulsive" and, Hunter also told Walters, she cried for two hours because she felt they were so terrible.
"When I asked, 'Well if that was the case, why did you pose the way you did?' She said that she trusted Mark Seliger, who she said is a brilliant photographer, and she quote 'went with the flow,'" Walters said on ABC's The View.
"She said that he took a lot of pictures, and thought there might be one like that, that showed her being sexy," Walter's continued. "When she was shown with her daughter, she was wearing her own t-shirt and sweatpants. The other photos of her with the big shirt are not her clothes, they were given to her by the photographer."
The images accompanied a more than 10,000-word interview with Hunter, who for the first time discusses how her now-infamous affair with Edwards developed.

And may i say, well, waaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!
Apparently she never saw the episode of Designing Women where the photographer wants Julia to pose in a man's button down–taught me never to do it!
She's 'extremely upset'? She's the one who didn't have her pants on! What on earth did she think would happen? That the photographer was only going to take pictures of her from the waist up?
All we need is for Gloria Allred to suddenly be all over the airwaves as her new lawyer. Allred seems to be specializing in women who sleep with other women's husbands.
So a magazine, targeted towards young men, asked her to pose in a t-shirt and underwear, with stuffed animals, and also asked for her side of this debacle. When will she figure out that she's a joke?
This woman is a certifiable, unstable psychopath. I seriously question whether she is fit to have custody of that child.
She didn't feel terrible about screwing John Edwards while his wife was sick with cancer though. What hypocrisy !
What a moron!
Excuse me? She posed for the magazine and now she's humiliated??? If she 'went with the flow' then-she needs to 'go with the flow' now. This chick is a real piece of work...
Is she kidding?
This woman is a good example why men should not cheat on their wives.
Uh. Maybe I'm overstating the obvious, but if a photographer asks you to take off your pants during a photoshoot, that's probably not a good time to "go with the flow." Sounds like she knew she could stir up controversy this way.
What goes around comes around!!!!!!
What a bimbo!!
Hmmm, there is a video posted right now showing her at the photo shoot when those pics were taken. It wasn't 1 or 2 pics, it was a whole series of them, and she looked like a willing participant to me. Did she think that the racy photos would be taken out and they'd use the boring ones? Wasn't this woman in media production? I'm seeing her cry victim over every step of her fame-mongering.
The pearls were a nice touch. Very classy...
What, she's upset because they make her look like too trampy? I mean, seriously?!? Once you start nailing married men, sister, "tramp" kinda goes on the resume'.
Despicable woman! I'd spit in her face if I ever saw her.
Oh good grief. I watched the video of the photo shoot, and it looked like she was very, very compliant and not questioning anything. Right away, when she saw that a bed and night shirt were the props, she should have said something. Is she really that dumb? Not! to say she is "very, very upset" after the fact is completely ridiculous and childish.
No amount of posing, no amount of photographic talent, no advanced PhotoShop skills could ever make that Southern horse faced woman look attractive. She looks like a really sad 1980's rock video fill in. You know, the one that fills in when the pretty girl doesn't show up for the video shoot.
this woman is grotesque. I cant believe she had the sense to criticize Elizabeth Edwards.
What you see is what you get. More and more sordid. Lady, you ain't no lady.
This woman has got to be kidding me?!?!?! She posed the way she did so how can she be upset at the pictures. She has no morals what so ever and no right to anything about decency.
SHE cried for 2 hours over some pictures.. Imagine how many hours Mrs. Edwards has cried...
Why is this story political news? We don't care anymore...actually, most probably never did.
Oh spare me. You screw someone else's husband, have a kid with him, and then cry about photos you posed for? I agree, Mark Seliger is a brilliant photographer, but even he cannot put pants on you in photos if you take them off. Seems like Ms. Hunter's lesson for the last few years of her life should be KEEP YOUR PANTS ON.
Holy crap.. SHE WAS THERE! She was a conscious and willing participant to this photoshoot. How about the fact that you were a willing participant to an AFFAIR?? How do you think Edwards' wife FELT about that?? If anyone pays a second of attention to this woman's whining I feel a huge loss for humanity.
