(CNN) – Rielle Hunter is extremely upset with the three photographs of herself featured in the latest issue of GQ magazine.
The woman who was involved in a months-long affair with Democrat John Edwards told ABC's Barbara Walters Monday she found the images - two of which feature her without pants - "repulsive" and, Hunter also told Walters, she cried for two hours because she felt they were so terrible.
"When I asked, 'Well if that was the case, why did you pose the way you did?' She said that she trusted Mark Seliger, who she said is a brilliant photographer, and she quote 'went with the flow,'" Walters said on ABC's The View.
"She said that he took a lot of pictures, and thought there might be one like that, that showed her being sexy," Walter's continued. "When she was shown with her daughter, she was wearing her own t-shirt and sweatpants. The other photos of her with the big shirt are not her clothes, they were given to her by the photographer."
The images accompanied a more than 10,000-word interview with Hunter, who for the first time discusses how her now-infamous affair with Edwards developed.

Is she not familiar with GQ at all? This is pretty much the bread and butter format of the magazine, plus she got 10,000 words to tell her story. Not so bad.
Like Rick said, wasn't she there when they took the photos?
I guess not even his wife having cancer or the kids could sway Edwards from Rielle. But a little investigation I am sure would lead to a trail of sleep overs on the campaign trail. Its alright he was a trial lawyer first and they are the scumiest group on the planet so he did not have far to fall. CON man/trial lawyer/politician.
Oh good lord. She posed without her pants on wearing a man's white shirt? What sort of image did she expect would come from that? She looks EXACTLY like the homewrecker that she has proven herself to be. Go bleach your roots, bimbo and put your dang pants on.
Is she upset with herself? No one forced her to strip off her clothes for money like a dime-store bimbo. This just goes to show what kind of trashy woman she is, so it is no surprise she was willing to ruin John Edward's career for her own self-enrichment.
Ummm.... you POSED for them!!! Typical behavior of an adultress – do the deed but then play the victim afterwards.
So sick of this immoral CRAP.
She posed without pants, and she's upset about the pictures? Seriously? And we are suppose to believe this?
Wow..What a class act..UGH but he is just as bad. That poor little girl with those tywo narcisstic egos.
Ms. Hunter is a mess. She knew she didn't have pants on when the pics were being taken. She 'agreed' to do that regardless if it was not her idea. How the heck did she THINK it would come across? She needs to spend more time thinking 'before' her actions and being accountable for them 100% – as she expressed in the GQ interview about others. I read the entire thing. You can't have it both ways honey. Take responsibility for you actions. Live and learn...and learn, and learn... Quit your crying and move ON.
Hey lady, your the only blonde here, don't take the rest of us for fools.
Just a long line of people who are victims to their own actions. This girl had more fans when she kept her mouth shut.
Are you kidding me? Why cry over milk that you helped spill?
Give me a break! She posed, didn't she? She gave the interview , didn't she? It's GQ for crying out loud. if she was worried about the content, she could have gone to 'People'.
I'm sorry, did she not realize she had no pants on while she was lying in the bed in front of the man with camera?
She looks terrific in those pictures. Why would she be unhappy with them?
She has no problem "telling all" in an interview, yet has a problem with these pictures. If you are getting and accepting publicity due to your sexual escapades, then it makes no sense to be upset when people identify you as such.
She should have thought about that before her 'tell all' interview. Give me a break. Besides, she's amazingly beautiful...so what's the problem?
What has she got to be upset about?!! Did someone hold a gun to her head while she posed for those photos or gave that 10,000-word interview? Give me a break.
So why then did you take your pants off and have pictures taken? Going with the flow? Really? You had an affair with a married man, whose wife has cancer, and you expect for the public to have pity on you? Get real. You had your 15 minutes of fame now go get a job and a life.
I think its unbelievable that these women who go out and sleep with these famous married men get the red carpet treatment while the people that they slept with are villianified. How can only one person be responsible for the affair and not the other. Women back in the day would be given a scarlet letter if they did these acts and looked down on by society. Now these women sleep with these famous men because they know that they can make millions of dollars in book deals and photoshoots. I'm happy they took pictures with her pants off thats how she was able to get photos taken for a major magazine of her.
This woman is a pig and long ago received her five minutes of fame.
Repulsive? Is she looking at the same photos as I am? A lot of women wish they were so repulsive!
This woman is getting too much press! She is looking for a payday and will exploit any news outlet that will give it to her. She is upset about the photos yet took them. The photographer did not twist her arm taken them and she knows this. Why are "Oxygen Thiefs" getting all this press.?
Oh, I keep forgetting she's the victim here. I'm glad she reminded me. Poor, poor dear.
Oh, please. She did wrong in so many ways. So did he. And she's ridiculous saying that she's so upset now over the tarted-up photos GQ chose of her. Why did she take them? Oh, right. She was just "going with the flow" and she trusted the photographer. Apparently she's dumber than a bag of hammers. No pity for her. Or John Edwards, for that matter. Elizabeth Edwards is the one to have sympathy for here. And her children.
The pictures were disgusting. It was horrid that she put her daughter through that. How can she claim that she was upset by them? She chose to do it. Doesn't she have control over how she poses? Doe she not have the final say over what gets printed? She's behaving as if she's a victim, when she's clearly not.
