Washington (CNN) - Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-South Carolina, told CNN Tuesday he agrees with Attorney General Eric Holder's prediction that Osama bin Laden will never be caught alive.
Oh, yes, may we ask President Obama and the Democrats their favorite question for President Bush, "Obama, you've been President now for 14 months, where is Bin Laden?"
How is this news? A GOPPER agrees with someone of superior intellect?
I think asama bin are keep smart than eric holder but he wonder hide other place how us was wonder found sadam that he was hide drip on the ground from his home
He's probably already dead, those "authenticated" audio releases notwithstanding.
You're right he will not be taken alive. Because orders have been given for him to be shot on sight. He has way too much to tell about America and their underground movements. Start befor Ollie North and come forward. He has been financed by the U.S.
Sen. Lindsey Graham... one of the few politicians I actually like and often (not always) agree with. He has something sadly rare in DC... common sense. Great discussion about the 96 hr rule. I have to disagree with his opinion on the Obama/Clinton reaction to Israel's most recent land-grab. The long-standing notion that 'Israel can do no wrong' is foolish. What they did was wrong and their timing couldn't have been worse.
Nice, CNN. Could your headline be any more misleading?! the controversial issue here is Holder's comments about bin laden having the same constitutional rights as manson, not that bin laden will be killed rather than captured. I was shocked that senator graham would agree that bin laden and manson have the same rights. then i watched the video.
Other than a death by suicide or in a fire fight with combatants, what is the legality of US Attorney General Eric Holder of death without even bringing the suspect to trial?
I suspect the same suggested lack of jurisprudence and fate has already happened to several thousand Tibetan Buddhist monks that were routinely rounded up by Chinese troops and have since 'disappeared'.
Any thoughts why?
How about the lingering FACT that Osama bin Ladin was on the CIA payroll for many years during the recent decade when he was recruiting Taliban fighters and fighting the Soviet troops in Afghanistan.
Death without a public trial appears to be the result of the US Justice Dept. attempting to block and prevent any release of US involvement with Osama bin Ladin's nefarious affairs in the world.
And who set the precedent where America could allegedly go to a foreign country and remove a democratically elected leader? Bush sr. did that after it appeared Manuel Noriega was going to announce to the world the involvement of Bush sr. and the CIA with Iran-Contra Cocaine for arms involvement.
Has the News Media or the Public even been allowed to ask Manuel Noriega about Bush sr's involvement in the movement of Cocaine from S. America which was sold and then converted to weapons for the Contra fighters?
I'm shocked the AG has embraced the obvious. For awhile there, I thought he was French. By the way, what's the reward up to for Bin Laden? Is he like a coyote where you get paid by the ear? Can anyone get a visa by stating they're Bin Laden hunters? If you really want to FIND Bin Laden, hire one of his ex-wives. If you want him killed, increase the bounty and open the gates on the hunters.
just go over to the liberal side and be yourself Lindsey. Grahamnesty was enough! RINO
