About five years ago there use to be a billboard in New york City subways that said, and I am paraphrasing "90 percent of men make the rules in washington, 100 percent of them will never be pregnant".

Way to go, dear Sisters! I wish you could convince the ignorant Rep.Stupak to likewise support the President's reform. I can't understand his opposition (or that of the US Catholic bishops). I studied in the seminary for six years during my youth. There is absolutely no reason why a Catholic should not support this life-affirming reform!
Our President's reform package will extend coverage to millions of the uninsured, outlaw abusive insurance practices, provide incentives to control healthcare costs, and reduce the deficit by $138 billion. I personally read the Congressional Budget Office analysis.

The ONLY provision in this bill that comes anywhere near constituting the government making peoples' personal health care decisions for them is the limitation on abortion. That is a FACT.
Read the bill and stop whining that it's too long. That's just making excuses for your ignorance. If the Dems tried to pass a 50 page bill to reform 1/6th of the economy, you'd be using its brevity as your argument, so STFU.
