So proud of you Mr. President. You got the job done, even though the idiot useless Republicans tried to derail it. Hopefully, this means Rush Limbaugh keeps his promise and leaves the US. He can take the racist Tea Party (Republicans) with him.

  7. Save America, impeach the treasonous republicans

There are a lot of good things that help so many needy Americans that the republicans want to eliminate. The GOP has to destroy this plan in order to pay back the big insurance companies who bought them off.

I'm glad to see the bill passed and on its way into the legal system. The good thing about our American system is that as time moves along, the law can be changed and amended as needs develop and require.

Unemployment is at 9.7%, which is not great but is better than it was. The stimulus money is beginning to work. Health care reform looks like its going to become law. We now need to move on to immigration reform and creating a well-regulated economy. Most of all, we need to deal with the distribution of income. Middle-class wealth is being eroded by the employment practices of global corporations, who much prefer to reserve that wealth for their management. The middle class nation that was created by the New Deal, the Fair Deal, and the Great Society is threatened by the power of foreign corporations and foreign totalitarian states like China.

I think a maximum wage would be a good idea. Let no corporate manager make more than, say, 25 times the salary of the lowest paid corporate employee. Pay your employees minimum wage, and your salary would be capped at a generous $350,000 annually. Want to make more? Pay your employees more? Seems fair to me.

We need to make the nation more prosperous very quickly because we need surplus cash to pay off the debt and deal with global warming, which is coming at us like a runaway locomotive.

History will tell when this horrible legislation bites the dust, either by degrees or all at once, it will be dismantled. We live and breathe to stop this bill, because we Love America more than this administration does.

I just learned from CNN that Pennsylvania is a Republican state. Have you told Ed Rendell, Bob Casey, and Arlen Spector? (See your article about 10 states going for nullification.) Perhaps it is only the politicians in Florida who think Bob Corbett runs the whole state, but they are wrong.
