Toby Keith also unknowing participant in Palin's Fox News show

Toby Keith was also surprised to be featured in a Sarah Palin special on Fox News.

Toby Keith was also surprised to be featured in a Sarah Palin special on Fox News.

(CNN) - LL Cool J wasn't the only one surprised to see that he was part of Sarah Palin's upcoming Fox News program, "Real American Stories."

A representative for country star Toby Keith told CNN that she too was unaware that Fox News was using an old interview of Keith's, conducted sometime in early 2009.

"I had no idea Toby's interview was going to air on Sarah Palin's special. I found out after the press release went out and was contacted by a reporter asking about the show," Keith’s publicist said. "It is an old interview….I was never contacted by Fox requesting permission. I still have not heard from Fox."

Calls to Fox News for comment have not been returned.

There seems to be a trend here. They Palin & Fox News do not respect the rights of others.

Didn't John McCain catch heat for using some group's song without their permission as his theme music during the campaign?

In this age of YouTube the public will always be able to find visual evidence of transgressions like this.

And let the liberal attacks begin!

News programs regularly reuse old interviews and video clips for intros to their shows. When a program is new, where do you expect them to get footage?

    Get over it.

It's the ideal "journalistic" gig that Ms. Palin has. Not only does she not agree to be interviewed by non-friendly interviewers, she doesn't even bother to sit down with the "guests" on her "interview" show.

Fox News couldn't find any pictures or video footage of Palin being embraced by people of diversity which represents America so they stooped about as low as you can go. I'm sure they have plenty of footage of Palin with Rush, Hannity and Beck but that doesn't show the diversity image she wants and has resulted in Palin "pallin around" with one centralized group that looks and thinks like her. Michael Steele(GOP chairman) couldn't deliver and you'd think Palin would have learned something from him. You can spread hate and divisiveness and expect peope to turn the other cheek, i doesn't work like that.

"Real" American stories? Hmm, Sarah's first two guests weren't aware of her reality.
Shouldn't Sarah be personally calling her guests for her premier show?
Is this her fault or Fox News?

Faux Spews, all fraud all the time.

Hey FCC, isn't there some kind of regulation regarding accuracy in reporting you should be enforcing?

This one surprised me. Toby Keith, I thought, was a Palin supporter. Didn't he change party affiliation from D to I because the Ds no longer represented his views?

The bigger story here, however, is the fact that Fox News (sic) isn't letting Sarah do live interviews. She just gets to show video clips of other people doing them. Interesting.

Face it. faux news wanted to make sure the whole world knew that ms number one bimbo's show was making its debut today. Unfortunately it's not a joke. She has not interviewed any of these people. She just stand there all trashy and purdy and announces the stories of "real' American. I would sue faux and her. She has the money now.
They got the attention of the country music people with this one. LL Cool J is probably better known now as an actor (not that fledging BTW).
I thought this retarded woman's show was already on.
As we all know she is after all publicity, good (few) and mostly bad. Just as long as her name is up in lights and she can do that little fist thing of her while she screeches like a hyena (sorry hyenas you guys are too cute to be compared to her, but . ,. . )
