Obama cancels trip to Poland for president's funeral

Washington (CNN) – President Barack Obama has canceled his trip to Poland to attend the funeral of Polish President Lech Kaczynski, the White House said Saturday.

A cloud of ash hovering over Europe from a volcanic eruption in Iceland has snarled global air traffic.

I wondering why does almost all world leaders cancelled (and considered to cancel) to attend Poland's President's funeral due to volcanic ash from Iceland spread out europe area. What is wrong with BOAT? TRAIN? CAR? Dont they have luxury and safety ground transportation? That is HUGE turn me off! Even, I agreed with their decision due to AIR SAFE, but limited options? That is so HOT DOG ever I known.

Old days is BEST, we need to change it back!

    It's crazy.
Prime minister of Morocco was able to take a flight to Krakow.
Maybe Morocco have better air planes than US?
It's not so risky when travelling at low flight level or when using turbo jet instead of jets.

As the headline for this story on Fark said: "The Prime Minister's Office is acutely aware of the irony of loading a plane full of political leaders to fly through hazardous conditions to the memorial of a president who died flying through hazardous conditions to a memorial "

Smartest thing is to stay home right now. People all over are stranded because of the volcanic ash over Europe right now. It would be incredibly irresponsible to fly there right now, no matter how great Air Force 1 and her crew is.

Sad, but unfortunate. I know that our emissary to Poland, Ambassador Feinstein, has been offering the President'sand our country's heartfelt condolences to the people and family members of Polish President Kaczynski and First Lady Kaczynska and the other victims of the plane crash.

Notice, not one real example of any tea party protester resorting to violence, however Democrats did violently attack a conservative woman in New Orleans this past week, and then you have that lib who bit off a conservatives finger, this is the norm for Democrats.

So what is the lib media and Clinton talking about when they say the tea party people are violent? Oh yeah, they are being Democrats where lies are just as importaint and a way of life as violence against those who you can't debate with your lib lies!
