(CNN) - In their fourth day of deliberations, a federal jury in Tennessee has so far found a 22 year-old man guilty on two of four counts in a case that involved hacking into Sarah Palin's e-mail account nearly two years ago when she was the vice presidential nominee.

The jury has determined David Kernell, 22, is guilty on felony charges of intentionally accessing Palin's e-mail account without authorization and obstructing an FBI investigation, the Knoxville News Sentinel reports.

Meanwhile, the jury acquitted Kernell on a third charge of wire fraud and remains divided over the fourth charge of identity theft.

It's unclear if the district court judge will order the jurors will order the jury to continue their deliberations, according to the News Sentinel.

In a statement on her Facebook page, Palin said she and her family are "thankful that the jury thoroughly and carefully weighed the evidence and issued a just verdict."

"Besides the obvious invasion of privacy and security concerns surrounding this issue, many of us are concerned about the integrity of our country’s political elections. America’s elections depend upon fair competition." she also wrote. "Violating the law, or simply invading someone’s privacy for political gain, has long been repugnant to Americans’ sense of fair play."

If it wasn't so sad and pathetic it would be hilarious to see so many left wing lunatics sympathize with a criminal doing dirty work for the democrats rather than acknowledging that a crime was committed. Let someone hack into some democrats emails and watch the fur fly. All the attorneys obama had hounding Sarah Palin and they could not come up with anything illegal that she had done! Now let's find out who blew up the oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico. Probably another far-left liberal lunatic.

Plain and simple...you break the law you pay the price and are punished. I am amazed at the amount of hatred people spew when they can remain faceless behind their computer or mobile device. All the haters need to get a life–that is what's wrong with society today - holding and blaming the past and not looking forward to the future.

Whatever Palin.....if you were so concerned about the integrity of political elections you would not be conducting state business on a personal email account.
