San Francisco, California (CNN) - An unidentified heckler interrupted President Obama's fundraising speech Tuesday night by calling for the administration to move faster on repealing the "don't ask, don't tell" policy that bars openly gay and lesbian soldiers from military service.
The unidentified man shouted during Obama's speech, causing the president to pause and chide him.
"Maybe he didn't read the newspapers, because we're working with Congress as we speak to roll back 'don't ask, don't tell,' " Obama said at the event for Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-California.

The heckler should be conscripted immediately.
Come on, now! The economy is in turmoil, jobs are in critical condition, massive ecological disaster in progress, wars around the world - OH BUT "Don't Ask..." is the most pressing issue for the President?!? Get your priorities straight! (Pun intended.)
How long does it take "to work with congress"? DADT was a defense directive issued by Clinton that modified the gay baan law signed by congress. It seems that Obama could just issue another directive to once again modify the law.
Just another in Obama's long line of lies to the American people.
All of Oblamer's speeches are stacked with people who drink too much kool-aid and think Oblamer walks on water. Wonder how this person got by and let into the room.
Yes, Obama is moving forward to end this segregation with “all deliberate speed.”
I think it's pretty clear that the progressives are getting tired of Obama trying to go back to the middle and compromise with these GOP criminals.
We voted him in to really change the direction of this country. Things are getting better, but we want to REALLY change direction, and repealing "don't ask, don't tell" is a huge symbolic move.
LOL. You rock, Obama
It seems like all this president does is attend fund raisers. He's always in campaign mode. Why does he work more on putting people back to work?.JOBS,JOBS.JOBS. !!!!
People are anxious for change. It does not come overnight, although this administration has made more progress in a shorter time than I have ever seen in Washington. Is some of the change painful? OF COURSE!!!! Change is never easy. But in order to get our Country back on the right track and moving forward, these things need to happen.
No, we are not turning socialist. That's a bunch of bull thrown up by the idiots who HATE change. The same ones who screamed "DEATH PANELS" and "PULL THE PLUG ON GRANDMA!"
Grow up, take your meds and work harder.
President know how to handle himself.
