Palin records robocall for Fiorina

Sarah Palin has recorded a robocall on Carly Fiorina's behalf.
Sarah Palin has recorded a robocall on Carly Fiorina's behalf.

Burbank, California (CNN) – Sarah Palin recorded a robocall that went out to voters in the last few days on behalf of California Republican Senatorial candidate Carly Fiorina, a spokeswoman for Fiorina's campaign confirms to CNN. In the call Palin said she wants to "….help get our country back on track" by supporting Fiorina.

Palin's endorsement of Fiorina last month had irked some Tea Party activists in the state who backed state assemblyman Chuck DeVore. Fiorina has been attending some Tea Party meetings in the last few weeks trying to build up her support among that group.

In a speech to the anti-abortion group Susan B. Anthony List last month Palin defended her endorsement. "Some wanting to accuse her of being a RINO (Republican In Name Only), I say no, no. There in the deep blue California, she is unabashedly pro-life, and all those other common sense conservative things that she stands for. She's the real deal. And I appreciate you, too, being bold enough and strong enough to take a stand in that race and to take a stand in so many of these races across the country," Palin said.

DeVore's campaign reacted to the call said "Chuck DeVore doesn't do robocalls, given his opposition to things are, well, illegal. A pity Carly Fiorina doesn't feel the same way. But then, she usually doesn't."

Fiorina campaign spokeswoman Amy Thoma told CNN the Palin call is legal because it is involving a federal race-not a state one which does not allow such calls.

Robocalls sound just about right for Sarah Palin. Anhything that she can do without being personally questioned about her choices is fine with her

It may not be illegal but if it is not legal in state races why would this be legal in federal races where the winner then represents the state. Something is wrong somewhere but neither women would get that point.

Could she get to the phone over that boob job she had done. If you don't believe me. Look at the pictures taken about a couple of years ago and those taken most recently.

  3. How's That Dopey, Mangey Thing Workin' For Ya Sarah?

I thought everything that came out of her mouth was a robocall ... from a Repulsican robot with a short-circuited chip.

Who in the WORLD cares about what the "Caribou Barbie" says about anything. If possible, she is dumber than Wubbya..... perhaps that is her attraction to Republicans?

Gee, thanks CNN. What would a day be without a non story about this imbecile. HP is s company that is lucky to be alive no thanks to its ex-CEO who pretty much had to resign. Great background for a politician.
Then again, didn't the shrilla' from Wasilla say that robo calls was something she would never do or something to that effect?
You are sitting at the dinner table, the phone rings, you answer and you hear that shrill annoying voice spewing forth whatever incomprehensible thoughts she can muster at a fifth grade level – not only do you hang up the phone disgusted but so much for dinner.

Keep it up Sarah! You got these liberal bigmouths scare to death. They have forgotten the kiss of death from Obozo and what that did for their candidates including the turncoat Spector.

It blows me away that Abraham Lincoln was a Republican. I think being lumped in with this current bunch would cause him to return to the Whigs. Palin and her cronies remind me of the Confederates.

I'm glad I don't live in CA. That "scratching-nails-on-a-blackboard" voice of Palin's would be the last thing I'd want to hear on my phone. Carly must truly be desperate having this moron do anything for her. Why anyone would give Failin' Palin any credibility is beyond me anyway.

Robocalls are the most annoying ineffective means of getting a message across. They intrude upon mealtimes, cut into other important phone calls, and send you running from the john to answer what you might think is an urgent message. They need to be outlawed. I wouldn't vote for any politician who uses that intrusive method of advertising.

I wonder how many times she recorded the word "also."

Sarah Palin is probably a nice lady. She does not, however, make a good politician.

Is anyone else even a little upset that all these millionaires are running for office? What about regular people?

Anyone who votes for Carly Fiorina is a nutcase! The woman nearly destroyed Hewlett/Packard!

Vote NO in NOvember for the Party of NO!

I see CNN and the left leaning media has already unleashed their attack dogs on Niki Haley of South Carolina. The bashinh of successful conservative women continues in America. Also she is getting bashed for being of Indian descent.

Goodness, can you imagine bashing someone like, let's say, Corrine Brown of the Jacksonville, Florida area. We could say she is corrupt and stupid but then again she is from one of those minority guarantee districts carved out of an area (those districts just mean non-minority races living within the district get no representation.).

But we cannot say those things about Brown since if we did we would be labeled racist by the same media that is and will pour it on Niki Haley.

Larry has hit it on the head, why is this 'dipstick' still in the news.....? She cratered at Lucent, got fired by HP and lost with McCain. What next? Like Palin, she needs to go away and not be heard from again because she has nothing positive to add.

HP is doing very well right now thanks to Carly Fiorina's strategic vision which everyone on the HP Board of Directors failed to appreciate at the time. So you are on the side of their BOD's now? How about the current CEO they hired to come in and slash jobs like a butcher?

REALLY? Because Fiorina almost single-handedly destroyed Hewlett-Packard!

    One more thing..........

California IS a fiscal disaster thanks to 8 years of a Republican governor!

You, Californians, REALLY want another GOPer as governor?!

Seriously, I know Dems don't always have the best ideas. But how the heck can anyone call themselves a Republican with idiots like Palin and Beck in the spotlight? Just a few days ago, people wanted smaller govt, now they are blaming govt for not doing enough about the spill... True, the pocket "change" we have been getting isn't a lot, but it's still better than the "Drill, baby, drill" morons.

Palin has picked another loser to endorse. Fiorina would be the first "Pro-Lifer" elected in California since the George Deukmajian governorship. Palin flatters herself by endorsing a woman who has at least SOME brains, but no judgment at all.

That anyone would consider Palin's opinion on ANYTHING noteworthy, just shows how moronic Americans have become. The elections say it all... Americans are idiots.
