(CNN) – Sarah Palin says its time for President Barack Obama to pick up the phone and make some calls – maybe even to her.
In her latest post on Facebook, the former Alaska governor takes aim at the president for not speaking directly with BP CEO Tony Hayward during the ongoing Gulf Coast crisis. Obama told NBC Tuesday that he has not spoken with Hayward because "when you talk to a guy like a BP CEO, he's gonna say all the right things to me - I'm not interested in words, I'm interested in actions."
Palin wrote that Obama's comments amount to "further proof that it bodes well to have some sort of executive experience before occupying the Oval Office," and added that the president should call experts who lived through the 1989 Exxon-Valdez oil spill in Alaska – including herself.
"We've all lived and worked through the Exxon-Valdez spill," she wrote. "They can help you. Give them a call. Or, what the heck, give me a call."
"Based on my experience working with oil execs as an oil regulator and then as a Governor, you must verify what the oil companies claim – because their perception of circumstances and situations dealing with public resources and public trust is not necessarily shared by those who own America's public resources and trust," Palin added.
In the lengthy Facebook post, the former vice presidential nominee also revives battles of the 2008 presidential campaign while targeting Obama's lack of executive experience.
"My experience (though, granted, I got the message loud and clear during the campaign that my executive experience managing the fastest growing community in the state, and then running the largest state in the union, was nothing compared to the experiences of a community organizer) showed me how government officials and oil execs could scratch each others' backs to the detriment of the public, and it made me ill," she said.

Wish Palin would show up in person on CNN or MSNBC to address this issue she has on this oil spill.
Since Obama has at least 1000% more little grey cells (you know , Sarah , BRAIN cells! ) than Sarah has maybe she should just keep quiet and let him do his job. (even though she quit hers to cash in on her ill founded and ill informed celebrity).

This lady is officially a JOKE. No more time on the sidelines trying to decide that fact. From her foreign policy experience to her statement above on her expertise on Exxon Valdez. I bet she spent a lot of time pondering on this incident back in 1989 at the rightful age of 25. Once again, she puts herself in the middle of a story.

She is becoming increasingly unhinged. She was amazingly stupidfrom day one, but she is apparently mistaking the handful of teabaggers who think she has something to say with her actually having something to say. unless President obama is looking for a good mosse recipe she has nothing to offer.
Community Organizer...law prof...senator...graduated from better schools than she did and is much better educated than her...When people criticize Obama's career path they always start at what is perceived to be the most trivial thing that he has done... Outside of governing (if we can call it that) Alaska, Palin has done far less. If Obama is the community organizer, Palin should be simply known as Todd's wife.
He has fallen even below his low expectations. I thought he was on top of things, yet he hasn't even spoken to the CEO of BP. This man obviously has no idea how to manage. a crisis. Talk about being above your pay grade, the Peter Principle in operation at the worst time in US history. Maybe Tony should have invited Obama to golf or shoot some hoops, he would have got to speak to him.
Obama should call Palin and ask her if Mandela is the president of Africa because according to Palintology, Africa is nothing but a country not a continent and Mandela is the president of Africa! (Palintology is defined as science of ignorance that is acceptable in America only).

All Palin wants is to look good and act like she can handle the situation. I got news for you. You can't handle the situation, I feel that Obama needs to step up and get more involved. Actions does speak louder than words, the government needs to intervene and get this under control.

President Obama should only call bonifide people who he really needs to talk to, not looney tune characters like Sarah Palin. She is so full of herself that it stinks here clear across the country from Alaska.
A little over half the country had to learn the hard way what this guy is up to. Oh well, the elections are just around the corner. Pray the country isn't too far gone to recover from this disaster.
And while you're praying it would help if we all take a long hard look at our own sins and clean up our acts individually.
