DNC beats RNC in cash haul

(CNN) - The Democratic National Committee edged out its Republican counterpart in fundraising last month, according to the two committees' Federal Election Commission reports made available Monday.

The DNC raised just over $6.6 million in May while the Republican National Committee raised 6.46 million. The DNC's total is significantly down from its more-than $10 million April cash haul while the RNC is down from its near $7 million April total.

The DNC currently holds a nearly-2 million advantage when it comes to cash on hand, $14.5 million to $12.6 million.

Earlier Monday, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee reported edging out the National Republican Senatorial Committee in May fundraising.

Once upon a time the RNC was raking in more cash than the DNC. I guess you can blame the fall off due to what the republicans always accuse the democrats of doing: wreckless spending. How much of that money is going towards private jets, limos and strip clubs RNC?

This shows the result of years of under-investment in education. A large part of America is now so ignorant that they believe the democrat's lies and think that the Obama administrations trashing of the Constitution will not endanger them. America the ignorant is a gift to democrats.

Evidently President Obama has much more support than the polls, the media, and the GOP are letting on. The GOP is running on overdrive in their fear of Obama.

Otherwise, why would the GOP spend millions of dollars making the mid-terms more about Obama, and less about their own candidates?

The Republican Party IS NOT going to win local elections campaigning against Obama.

Hillary tried it. McCain tried it. Just isn't going to happen.

The GOP blew it, and big. Instead of working WITH Obama, they choose the opposite.

Oh, well. To each their own.

THhe dirty little secret is that big money owns Obama.Supporters like George Soros,Michel Moore.Warren Buffet,Oprah Winfrey and Barbara Streisand just to name a few. That with the money that he received from big oil and labor unions and you can see why the country is in a mess.

Imagine how much more money the Republican Party could have raised if they left the Lesbian Bondage Strip Club and went to solicit real American Citizens? Oh, Wait!! They wouldn't have gotten a dime from any True Patriotic American Citizen, so I guess it was a good move for Michael Steele and the Republican Party to solicit money at the Lesbian Bondage Club.......Funny how the Republicans are against Gay & lesbian marriages, but find it so good that 2 Lesbians can Tie the Knot at the Bondage strip club.

Yup, looks like those corporate donations are really making a difference.

I always find it funny that dems will trash corporations for donating, but seem to ignore the fact that UNIONS are the largest donators for campaigns. Unions are corporations people, so if you want GOP Businessman to not be able to donate, then you better be prepared to end the ability of AFL-CIO, Teachers Unions etc. from donating.

Oh wait, that helps dems, so it is ok. Maybe George Soros will be banned from donating and funding Move-on.org, oh wait...

    Hypocrites.

Take all the polls you want but the Dems have been leading in donations ever since the GOP disaster of Bush. That is a far more accurate prediction of elections. Polls will tell you whatever you want them to but people don't donate to a campaign unless they intende to vote that way too!

Like most of us who would want to contribute to a party that is being pulled so far to the right? The Party of No has got to go and they may do it to themselves come November. I left the party years ago when I saw these signs of right wing nut cases being the leaders of the partyof repuglicans.

DNC also beats the RNC in:
    1) active brain matter
    2) common sense for the common good
    3) leadership
    4) keeping their panties in place
    5) facts
    6) basing their decisions on the real world
    7) being able to ignore the rightwing puppetmasters on FuxNews
