AP: Haley leads Barrett, 60 percent to 40 percent

(CNN) - South Carolina state Rep. Nikki Haley leads Rep. Gresham Barrett by a ratio of 3-to-2 in the Republican gubernatorial runoff, according to vote totals provided by the Associated Press.

With five percent of precincts reporting, Haley had 13,240 votes or 60.0 percent of the votes reported compared to Barrett's 8,829 votes or 40.0 percent.
