(CNN) - South Carolina state Rep. Nikki Haley leads Rep. Gresham Barrett in the Republican gubernatorial runoff, according to vote totals provided by the Associated Press.
With eight percent of precincts reporting, Haley had 22,374 votes or 62.0 percent of the votes reported compared to Barrett's 13,713 votes or 38.0 percent.
