Why do the racist DemocRATS want to drive this poor black man out of their party and this race?! Is he not good enough for them? Is he not on the take like the rest of them?

Just like Sarah Palin, his presentations keep improving with practice - both have grown from insane to just terrible. Only in America.

  4. Save America, impeach the treasonous republicans

I am not sure how Alvin won, but I do know that if he can pull off a miracle against DeMint and win, he will do more for S.C. and the U.S. than DeMint ever could.

This guy has got to be kidding! Ever wonder what a train wreck looks like (before and after getting run over).....well, here you have it! According to this interview, his most compelling characteristic that sets him apart from his opponent is his 13 year military career??!! If there was ever a reason to have minimum requirements (like speaking in full sentences), other than age, to qualify for public office, this is it!!

Why should he have to defend anything. Such racists in the DNC.

What are motives of this moron? Does he enjoy being in the spotlight or is he showing how dumb he is!

Mr. Greene has every right to run for office. Look at some of the people who are running (rand, nikki, angle, fiorina). He is not any worse than any of them by a long shot.
If the shrilla' from Wasilla was not vetter before becoming mcnasty's running mate (excuse while I faint – I am back) why not Mr. Greene.
As a matter of fact, I find Mr. Greene a better candidate and more coherent than the AK quitter.
At least he doesn't have that fingernails on the chalkboar voice and is not a total lunatic like what's her name!!! 😦

If Charley Rangel can be a Congressman than anyone else that can elected deserves not to be scorned or critizised by the talking heads in the media.

Is this "My Fair Lady" southern style? You remember-a street woman becomes a proper lady after being trained by a professor on a dare. Will Alvin become well spoken and able to put 2 sentences together that make sense?? It sounds as if he is being coached with various sound bites.Unbelieveable!

Good luck to Alvin Greene, if he were an independant or republican, he would be the darling of the TEA Party.

People get the kind of government they deserve and S.C. has a less than stellar group of elected officials so far.

He might be just what they need.

What is the problem with Greene's candidatice? He is a perfect Dem. He is black. He does not work. He is on welfare. He got the votes. What more could you ask for? Another elite Democratic Senator!

the only thing that would funnier than his candidacy is if he actually beat Jim DeMint for his seat. If you serious about "throwing the bums out" you would vote for this guy and not DeMint

So, this guy had $10,000 to spend on campaign filing fees, but now he is
drawing unemployment? How long has he been drawing unemployment
and who really paid the filing fee? Maybe the same people that
bailed Rubio out of foreclosure? Just a thought.

He should withdraw from the race. Who does he think he is? Eddie Murphy in "The Distinguished Gentleman."

  19. Joe from CT, not Lieberman

OK, you have all heard me brag about being a Yankee Democrat, but really, how can some guy who needed to get a public defender for his arrest and trial (still ongoing) due to being indigent come up with the money needed to run or office! The last time something like this happened, the state Republican Party actually funded the campaign of a guy in similar circumstances. The whole embarrassing situation blew up in their faces, too!

Wow, I think I have now seen it all!!! Is this for real or is it really a joke? If this is who the people of S.C. can associate with best, we as a country have a major problem on our hands with S.C. and its constituents !!!!! But seriously, this must be a joke and we should all just laugh and get the most out of it; we sure can all use a few laughs during these tough times!!

  22. Mad as Hell

How in the heck did this guy win? NO WAY, NO HOW should this person be in the senate, he can't even put a sentance together.
I feel for him, he sems like a very good and nice person, but he will get eaten alive in the world of politics.
    Something smells here.

Why not stay in the race? If you were a tin-foil-hat wearing Tea Partiers, they would be screaming to have you stay. So stay.

    I never thought I'd say this ...

This guy makes Palin look smart

Certainly proves that ANYONE can win a primary

He does not even know what he stands for, or how to express it

And he really thinks he could be effective in a Senate seat ?????

    S C A R Y ! ! ! ! ! ...*****%$#%@*^%&$#
