DOJ asks court to keep moratorium in place during appeal

(CNN) - The U.S. Department of Justice has a filed a motion asking the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans to stay, pending appeals, a district court judge's order blocking the government's moratorium on deepwater drilling.

    Obama has such a ego, He can not stand that someone tells him no. Lets not forget, the 8 experts said there was no reason to have a moratorium, obama basically lied about what the experts said.
