    Shame...

I feel bad for the General... this will end with him becoming a scapegoat instead of the hero...

Democrats hated this man 3 years ago ('General Betray Us')–especially Hilary Clinton. It's about time they came to their senses.

Now the Democrats have high hopes with the man they called "BETRAYUS" What a bunch of LOSERS. obama was one that was against him and the "surge" and now praises him and the surge. GW might have been a little slow but obama doesn't know anything except how to use a telepromter.

Let's all pray for our military men and women as well as their families and a special prayer for Gen. Petraeus who gives so much.

    Petraeus is a media favorite.
he's a bookworm and his first comabt tour was at age 55 as a general officer.

HINT: generals don't perform in combat.

    maybe he could play soccer.

It is too funny that the democrats have appointed some one they harshly criticized a year ago! Then again, this goes along with all of the broken promises they've made in the last 18 months.

This is President Bush's General and the demorats screamed about him especially nobama, biden and clinton. Now the demorats want to put the name savior to him, well they did that with nobummer and see where he has led us. At least the General is more than capable to do the job unlike the current occupant of the White House.
