Boehner: Current economic state 'the epitome of failure'

(CNN) – House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, welcomes President Obama to Michigan Thursday with a scathing critique of his economic policies.

"When President Barack Obama speaks in Holland today, I hope that instead of trying to convince the people of a city suffering from 11.8 percent unemployment that our economy is 'moving forward,' he will listen closely when they ask, 'Where are the jobs?,' Boehner wrote in an editorial that appears in Thursday's edition of The Detroit News.

In the op-ed, Boehner said that since February 2009 the economy has lost three million private sector jobs while the federal government has added more than 400,000 jobs.

"More government, fewer jobs: This isn't the picture of recovery; it's the epitome of failure," the top House Republican wrote.

The president is scheduled to travel to Holland, Michigan to appear at a plant that produces batteries for electric vehicles. The plant is funded by a grant from Obama's $787 billion stimulus plan.

What has John Boehner done to help the situation that he's complaining about? Oh, yeah. Nothing.

Sorry, man, but a bad fake tan just doesn't cut it. Now get back to work, do something positive, or get another job. Being a professional, high-profile douche bag doesn't help anybody.

Why doesn't republican John Boehner offer some ideas of his own to help produce jobs in America versus throwing potshots and false rumors? He ran us in to the ditch and lost the keys to the car and now he wants to be a back seat driver.

Let's all get together and vote these back seat drivers out of the car so we can get to where we need to go!

Maybe if the Republicans admit that they caused the problems America has today when they were in office 2000 to 2008. Maybe if they would join the Democrats in solving the mess they caused in 2000 to 2008. Maybe if the Republicans would come up with "some" ideas and solutions........ anything ..... to help America in trouble.
Maybe ...... I would believe Boehner when he speaks .... but NO i don't.

I hope the citizens of Holland, MI and Cincinnati, OH ask the orange man why he follows turtle-face of KY in voting AGAINST the jobs bill that woud help to create even more jobs.

SC Dement, and the other republicans are willing to bring the whole country of paupers down in order to get back in control for their wealhy corporate friends.

Vote NO to the obstructionists in November and in 2012.
