(CNN) - The National Tea Party Federation, an organization that represents the Tea Party political movement around the country, has expelled conservative commentator Mark Williams and his Tea Party Express because of an inflammatory blog post he wrote, federation spokesman David Webb said Sunday.

Appearing on the CBS program "Face the Nation," Webb said that Williams and the Tea Party Express - which has held a series of events across the country to generate support for the movement - no longer were part of the National Tea Party Federation.

"We, in the last 24 hours, have expelled Tea Party Express and Mark Williams from the National Tea Party Federation because of the letter that he wrote," Webb said of the blog post by Williams that satirized a fictional letter from what he called "Colored People" to President Abraham Lincoln.

So does this mean the KKK won't be present anymore in tea party events or planning meetings? It is naive to believe that racists will just back their bags and rot and die into a corner. Tea Party gave racists a platform to express their hate against the first black president and they will continue to be a big constituency of the tea party.

The fact that lot tea partiers are white and a recent poll show an almost perfect match with the republican base shows you what tea party is all about.

Now if the Democrats will only denounce pedophiles our nation can look forward to healing the divisions caused by them. Raping a child is not acceptable and Democrats must make it clear that they are opposed to it.

This is not an honest response. The truth is that these crazy people are deep in their souls racist, and that's not going to change just kicking this guy out. And also a very important detail, they are republicans too.

I still have no respect for them. Take Dick Armey - PLEASE take him away.

The FOR PROFIT people add a stench that won't go away. Poor people should NOT have to pay $400 or ANY amount to be included in a political group.

The Dick Armey's of the world are getting rich off the uninformed and uneducated that just want to be heard. They are guiding them away from valid representation to the bias and hate and fear that further divides and causes so much of the paranoia in this country, and they are charging them big bucks.

Tea Party Express – which has held a series of events across the country to generate support for the movement – no longer were part of the National Tea Party Federation.

Even though it is a day late, it is a good thing, It looks like the Tea Baggers are going down faster then President Obama polls number. The Tea Baggers could have made so impact if they were not so racist.

The different between President Obama poll numbers dropping and the Tea Baggers falling is that after the American people see all the good things this President have down is poll number will go back up my 2012, but by 2012 the Tea Bagger will be totally over.

When will Obama denounce Rev. Wright ? Mr. Obama sat in Wright's church of 20 years and listened to vile and bile or racist words that would never be accepted by anyone with any morals or values. Yet Mr. Obama sat there. And still refuses to denounce him.

The tea party has a long way to go before they can gain any creditibility.
They let the radical right lead, manipulate them, doing all the dirty work for the behind the scenes republicans.
That they support irresponsible radicals such as Bachman, Palin, Angle, Rand shows the level of intelligence and knowledge of what is really going on in our country.

Is there still any doubt, except in the minds of the tea baggers, that this group of people is demented? Do we really want these clowns to be in our Congress? I know the Republican party can only win by demonizing people, but can even they take the stench of the tea baggers. They obviously can since they do the "wink wink" at them.

Will reasonable Americans see through this charade? Based on experience, I don't think so. We Americans are uneducated morons.

He should have taken a stand a long time ago, but I guest it is better now than never. He need not to stop just with William, but Sara Pallin and Michelle Bachmann as well.

The Tea Party is 100% about color. It is not black and white though. It is "green" (as in money not environmentally). The only "K" involved it not for the Klan but for the over $100k annual income they have. Or perhaps for "K" street where the high-paid lobbyists hang out. This is a group concerned abou their bottom line. Under Bush they enjoyed representation without taxation. This is an effort to make ol Bushie's tax cuts for the wealthy permanent and I hope they fail miserably the way their President did. But racists? No way. It's just that most black folks are too smart to join.

There is nothing different between Mark Williams and the clear Republican MAJORITY in the PEE Party. The only real difference here is that Mark Williams was (1) IQ point lower than most of the other members, as he actually wrote his true feelings...

This is one of the most un-American and divisive parties that this great country has ever cloned!

NO to affordable health insurance to innocent children and adults

NO to extending unemployment benefits to folks out of work

NO to blaming BP for the oil spill and then apologizing while simultaneously licking up their posteriors

NO to ending bush's obscene tax cuts to his wealthy cronies

Remember to vote NO to the party of NO in NOvember.

this is getting more comical by the day. So it took the NAACP to make a public statement to say that there is a racist element in the Tea Party (note they NEVER said the movement was racist like the right would want you to believe) for them to finally kick out some of the folks that are giving them a bad name. Then why not also go after Rush Limbaugh who can't resist making racist statements almost every weeek on his show. Go after Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin who allowed racist stuff to be yelled out at her rallies yet denys she even heard them. Tom Tancredo in Colorado for the stupid racists stuff he's been saying. If you're gonna clean house folks CLEAN IT. And stop putting token black folks out front to say there is NO racism in the Tea Party. That is almost like telling us "well I have Black freinds"!

Wow. So Mark Williams refers to African-Americans as "Colored People" and doesn't think that is offensive in this day and age, as well as accusing all of them of not wanting to work and be personally responsible.

That is just amazing. So much of the news is just repetitive and boring, but this tidbit caused my jaw to drop in astonishment.
