Washington (CNN) - The House of Representatives passed a bill Thursday pushing back the deadline to file for extended unemployment benefits to the end of November. The $34 billion measure, which cleared the Senate Wednesday, now moves to President Barack Obama's desk to be signed into law.

Great, thank you very much Congress! This Administration does something for the not so affluent. Unlike before, sending the work abroad and the people fighting an illegal war to get maimed or killed so that the fat cats can profit. Listening to the GOP makes me sick!

The Democrats deliver for the People once again.....with NO Republican support once again. Republicans hate the working class and if given power will make sure our jobless rate worsens, all worker benefits are removed, and their corporate buddies still use illegal workers with no prosecution and still ship our jobs overseas with no disincentive for doing it. Republicans are ALL about the corporations and NOTHING about the People.
Remember that well come November or you will find yourself reliving the Bush years. All Republicans have in mind is to keep the tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans and to eliminate the Obama tax cuts for the middle class. Same old failed policies with the same disasterous results.
