Why not a story on what will happen 1st to the US Congress if and when 4-5 tea partier birthists get elected; and 2nd, what happens to the Republican Party, their evil twin; and finally, what happens to the U.S.?

A story about consequences: when an angry electoric elects angry self rightist people to represent them.

We need to bring our soldiers home from Afghanistan home ,now.Obama has sent nearly 60,000 more troops there since becoming president and changed it from a NATO mission to one managed by the US.We are destined for failure with this war that the president called "the good war"

What needs to be dealt with is reality otherwise it will just knock you down. With the Republicans today the reality is that it is simply all about politics for them. Their total focus is on politics; literally just on their political ambitions at any cost and without conscience. Everything they say and do demonstrates that they are constantly campaigning, maneuvering, manipulating, conning and conniving without any responsible concern. Some will say that is just politics and that both sides do the same but there really is no comparison. The Republicans clearly aggressively concentrate on maintaining the overt and covert support of Special Interests and the influential, powerful and extremely wealthy few who they are really ‘puppets’ for. Without fail they use every opportunity to fault and block the Democrats, while never offering bipartisan cooperation to affect responsible results, only just criticizing and obstructing. The reality is that they offer the people nothing, only subterfuge as they obnoxiously and arrogantly use scare tactics and creative appeals to biases, prejudices and emotional attachments aimed to rationalize, deceive and manipulate. Since 2000 all of it couldn’t be more clear and the drastic costs should be even more apparent. John Dean (a self-proclaimed Goldwater conservative), in his book ‘Broken Government’, states that it is impossible for the Republicans to responsibly govern with their current mentality.

The Democrats and Obama are far from perfect but it really isn’t Socialism that they are trying to achieve, as accused, but rather resolutions to the problems they inherited. Some progress is being made and more is going to take time but doing nothing or going back to ‘more of the same’ isn’t any real answer as that only serves the interests of the few and is a deceptive con the Republicans and their supporters are trying to sell. The ‘trickle down’ theory should be seen as thoroughly debunked by Bush-Cheney who spent eight years placating and patronizing the few while giving the majority only apathy, the costs and an abundance of subterfuge – that clearly just doesn’t work. The problems aren’t because the Democrats are spending but rather the Democrats are spending because of the problems and without the spending the problems will absolutely only get worse. The deficit and inflation are serious concerns but to curtail governments’ spending and concentration on addressing the problems before the economy is stabilized would only result in debilitating deflation and a real depression. Jobs and the economy are the current real needed government focus and to be conned into accepting what has caused the problems will now solve the problems is ludicrous and self-defeating.

With GWBush you could tell when he was lying by just checking to see if he was moving his lips. Now with Boehner, McConnell, Kyl, other representatives and the likes of Limbaugh, Beck, Palin and others, including sponsored 3rd party groups like the Tea Party, their offensive arrogant and stubborn demeanor, that says ‘up yours’, is their completely insulting effort to disguise their subterfuge. If some see that as strength, instead of recognizing it as a defensive posture and likely as close as you will ever get to seeing them admit guilt, that is a shame because the manipulation then has found victims. We should definitely want the return of the honest and conscientious Grand Ole Party and the only way to get that is to firmly and completely reject what they have become.

I am pretty sure I was called for this poll. However after I disclosed that I felt Reps and Dems are the same and both are owned by the Wall St scum they were not interested in my participation in their poll.

Unless they allow everyone they call to participate their polls are worthless.

If you think their is a difference between the two parties you are a naif and are helping the banker criminals steal our country.
