Harper Collins Thursday unveiled the cover art for Sarah Palin's forthcoming work set to be released in late fall, "America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag."
The cover features a smiling Palin looking straight into the camera while donning a flag pin and flag-studded bracelet.
Harper Collins, the publishing behemoth behind Palin's wildly successful 2009 memoir Going Rogue, says the new book "ranges widely over American history, culture, and current affairs, and reflects on the key values-both national and spiritual-that have been such a profound part of Governor Palin's life and continue to inform her vision of America's future."
"Written in her own refreshingly candid voice, America By Heart will include selections from classic and contemporary readings that have moved her-from the nation's founding documents to great speeches, sermons, letters, literature and poetry, biography, and even some of her favorite songs and movies," Harper Collins also said.
The official release date is scheduled for November 23, 2010 – almost a year-to-the-date of Going Rogue's debut. The date also coincides with what will likely be the begining of the next race for the White House. Of course, the former Alaska governor has not indicated whether she plans to be a presidential candidate.

I know the Pledge of Allegiance by heart. I know my mother favorite perfume and my father's favorite sports teams by heart. Please take some time and listen to the speeches Palin gives, better yet go to You Tube and listen to William Shatner read her speeches. I wondered why some of her critics called her speeches "word salad"... it's an apt description, except salad is good for you.

I did not read the first book and I surely won't read the second one. I am so glad this article did not say that she wrote this book, but that it "is in her own voice." I see no fascination with Palin and I am surely not jealous. She is surely not for the people of this nation, only for those who deem her values (whatever they are) to be important. If she were less toxic, I believe that she would attract more people to her and more people would appreciate what she has to offer. I might read this book, if I can find it for 50 cents at a garage sale next year, as I found her other effort, "Going Rogue", recently. Even with professional help, the writing in that was so bad, it made Lynne Cheney sound like Voltaire.
