Palin book cover unveiled

Sarah Palin’s new book will be released in November.
Sarah Palin’s new book will be released in November.

(CNN) - Get used to this image - it's a cover that will be gracing every bookstore come November.

Harper Collins Thursday unveiled the cover art for Sarah Palin's forthcoming work set to be released in late fall, "America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag."

The cover features a smiling Palin looking straight into the camera while donning a flag pin and flag-studded bracelet.

Harper Collins, the publishing behemoth behind Palin's wildly successful 2009 memoir Going Rogue, says the new book "ranges widely over American history, culture, and current affairs, and reflects on the key values-both national and spiritual-that have been such a profound part of Governor Palin's life and continue to inform her vision of America's future."

"Written in her own refreshingly candid voice, America By Heart will include selections from classic and contemporary readings that have moved her-from the nation's founding documents to great speeches, sermons, letters, literature and poetry, biography, and even some of her favorite songs and movies," Harper Collins also said.

The official release date is scheduled for November 23, 2010 – almost a year-to-the-date of Going Rogue's debut. The date also coincides with what will likely be the begining of the next race for the White House. Of course, the former Alaska governor has not indicated whether she plans to be a presidential candidate.

For all that Sarah Palin criticizes and rips on the media, everything she does is to get the media's attention. She really does not have one intellectual brain cell in her head. It's a pity given how much air time she is given.

Just what the world needs – another kindergarten-level popup book with large type and small words.

Sad part is, there are several million in this country who will pay money they can't afford, to get this book, and actually BELIEVE what is in it.

Education – #1 problem facing this country.

I think this is one instance when you truly can judge a book by it's cover...........for all those that want to stay clueless about what is happening in the world, this is the book for you!!!

""Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag."""

What is the difference between this and Goebbels's propaganda "We will take the fate of the nation into our hands" (Hittler 1932).

Listen to what the exreme right are saying.. be scare of them...

I cannot wait for that! How many fools will buy this second in a series from this nincompoop (sp) ?

I wonder if she will even attend her lovely daughter's wedding.

    Oh, Please!
    Who wrote it for her?
The woman knows NOTHING about history, and the only thing that has ever mover her has been her lust for power.
    Give me a break!

I applaud Palin for supporting reading programs for the rednecks. Unfortunately Ms. Palin book is probably so wrapped up in jingoistic, catchy rednecky concepts, it is probably not going to move the rednecks any farther!

Good laugh for the morning though! For a person who could not name a book or magazine in Katie's interview, Palin is now the author of 2 best-selling books! No wonder America is called the Land of Opportunity ...(Screw the lower and middle class further and get rich – Create Good and services that add no real value ...derivatives, nationalism bordering on fascism.......)

Go Palin, go, make your money and fame...there is always a sucker out there....in your case 2 million (or am I off by one order of magnitude)

She's cute and sometimes funny but I'm not sure who is going to buy her book. What exactly is she doing for a living these days?

    The cover looks great!
Can't wait to read it... Sarah Palin is a true patriot, no matter what her uninformed, left-wing detractors (who will be here soon) say. God bless that woman.

I think the best way to look at that picture is with 3D glasses – don't change the picture – just change how you look at it – it would be so much better!

Sarah Palin has the ability to generate huge sums of money from her mindless followers. She is milking them dry while contributing nothing meaningful to the political discourse. The modern world isn't simple, and it would be good if her angry white supporters knew that fact. The need to find a political idol with the brains to govern.

At what point does respect for a symbol become idolatry? Maybe if it is only done to gain money and votes it is not?

If there's one thing humanity needs, it's Sarah Palin's drivel tainting our collective consciousness. Bad John McCain, BAD.
