(CNN) – Retired Gen. Stanley McChrystal has signed on with Washington-based Leading Authorities to find him paid speaking appearances, the lecture agency announced Tuesday.
McChrystal, who will also be lecturing at Yale this fall, will earn between $30,000 to $60,000 an event, according to one person knowledgable with the deal.
The retired general has already booked "multiple engagements," the source said, and there has been a "significant amount of interest across industries" to hear him speak. His first paid speech will be this fall at a private engagement.
Gen. McChrystal will speak about leadership, management strategy, and global affairs, according to the Leading Authorities press release.
I have one rule in politics...
...if the Republicans are crying, the Democrats must be doing something right for the country...
All the best to the General. A real patriot. Of course the libs have no clue what courage is and would not know leadership if it was dropped on top of them. All these talking heads who have never served in the military or ever put themselves in harm's way cannot fathom themselves giving up "their" lives for their men or their country. General McC did it on a daily basis. The ELITE needs to stop reading their books and writing their memoirs – they need to pick up a gun.
Well like we say up here in Maine, "Its good he has that to fall back on"
Loose lips sink ships.
Loose cannons should be tossed overboard.
I'm sure he will be too busy counting his money the realize what his insubordenation really cost him or our troops.
