(CNN) - President Barack Obama heads to Seattle, Washington, Tuesday where he'll take part in a roundtable discussion with small business owners.

The White House says the discussion will center on "strengthening the economy and creating jobs." Commerce Secretary Gary Locke and U.S. Sen. Patty Murray also will take part in the roundtable.

The small business owners include an innkeeper, a baker and a pizza pie maker:

- Tiffany Turner and her husband, Brady, own the Inn at Discovery Coast in Long Beach
- Gillian Allen-White is a co-owner and the general manager of Grand Central Bakery's Seattle operations
- Joe Fugere is the founder of Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria in Seattle.

The businesses have all benefited from investments through the president's Recovery Act, which the White House says has pumped $1.1 billion into Seattle and the surrounding area.

Someone needs to show him a cash register. They can then explain, see Obummie, this is were people buy stuff and we put the money in here. Out of this we pay labor cost, pay our overhead, pay for material and supplies. Now when we run out of money we are done. If we have any money left that is profit. In other words, don't spend money you don't have Obummie!!!!!

Notice he is only willing to sit down with people that have gotten money from him. Why don't you sit down with some of the business owners that have been going at it on there own without any government assistance? Those are the ones that he can learn from. The ones that have been able to hold on no mater how hard he tries to sink them.
This president is driving me crazy. I am a small business owner but he would not dare sit down with me, I have not been payed off.

When Obama understands that it costs a company $75,000 to hire an employee for $55,000 who after taxes ends up with $44,000 only then may he get it why taxing those who create jobs is hindering growth! He just doesn't understand the importance of the private sector yet nor will he ever with his current advisors.

We should support small buisness because most are not sending jobs overseas, the next time the Republicans ask where are the jobs, tell them they are in China, Mexico, and India, where they sent them.

He will get a warm welcome from the fools in Hollywood, but he won't be that welcome elsewhere.

His economic program is as follows "steal money from the hardworking American taxpayer, and give it to the non working, non taxpaying, dope smoking, unions and Oprah watchers." Very simple program involving theft and corruption. That is the liberal program and why in spite of the trillions of dollars he has stolen, there is no recovery in this "summer of recovery." The unions and the leftist organization have stolen all of the money he gave them.

Dosnt sound like Seattle has much to offer the industrial machine the small business stores needs factories that are full of workers in order to sell products maybe he should forget about the food chain outlets and hotels and concentrate on building industries .

As a small business owner, I'd be just as eager to attend a "roundtable" invitation with President Obama as I would be to attend a meeting of Scottish lords at an abandoned farmhouse with King Edward.

What economic program ? These are the types of small businesses that create low and minimum wage jobs. Yes, they are needed but are secondary to real wealth producing jobs. Obama is a total failure at everything except a good pr stunt or photo op.

He's been ignoring business owners for almost two years (business owners = those 'evil' people that create jobs).

Hand selecting certain business owners that agree with him and then sitting around and blowing smoke will not help our country. Sometimes I wish that Obama would stay on vacation–thus, doing less damage to our economy.

(Note: Unemployment is still 9.5%. Three Obama/Pelosi/Reid stimulus packages HAVE NOT WORKED)

So he's gonna cherry-pick his businesses to showcase? What about the other 97% of businesses? Where do their opinions of his economic policies lie?

Uh...nothing he has done has worked. He is really just fund raising. He need to mobilize his team, engage with ALL of congress and come up with real plans. 26 billion for 130K jobs equals $200K per job seems a bit much...typiclal of his spending approach. He is ruining the economy.

The comic in chief talks but does he ever listen? The answer: NO. Well the American public is no longer listening to nobummer and will send him home in 2012 as the failure he is.
