Who the heck does this nutcase, Williams, think he is? We are not at war with Islam! Mayor Bloomberg isn't a sellout. Hundreds of thousand Muslims live in New York City and many of them risk their lives saving ours like they did on 911! They are a part of NYC and will be for a very long time. A Tea Partier telling a Jewish politician they know nothing about the Holocaust. It appears that the Tea Party folks are not satisfied with being Racists, Sexists, Homophobes, against people from anywhere but America and disliking anyone who needs public assitance for any reason (food stamps, unemployment, etc). Now they want to add anti-semitism to their collection of labels.

Got to admire their sense of themselves. Apparently their folks, who have lost almost all of the races they have contended for, feel no need to try and mediate their dislike for everyone that does not fit their sense of who the master race is. Go Team.

This guy is clueless!!! Some of the 'judenrats' were so ashamed of having to do what they did that they commited suicide (ask to any jew what does that means in their faith) as it was the ONLY WAY OUT of being a 'judenrat'!!! There was no other way (except if the nazis they were forced to report to were not pleased with their job and killed them as a way to incentivate the other 'judenrats')!!! They were (granted all the proportions and considerations about each cases) like those American citizens of Japanese ancestry that were in Japan when Pearl Harbor was attacked and afterwards were forced to join the Japanese Imperial Army to fight the US, most (if not all) were tried after the war for obvious TREASON against the US, but save ONE case (a guy who loved to torture people...) they were all acquainted!

The freedom to practice one's religion should be a right for everyone everywhere. I do not agree with Mark on many issues but I do agree with him that an American Community Center should be built in Saudi Arabia to highlight our close relationship. I also believe that everyone should enjoy freedom of worship everywhere. In this regard I support the building of the mosque near Ground Zero and urge the Cornerstone Church of Pastor John Hagee to immediately enter into negotiations with the appropriate saudi authorities for the building of a church in Saudi Arabia. I am sure that American Muslims and other Muslims who believe in justice and freedom of worship will support this request.

With regard to the mosque, all I feel is that the law says that Mr. Feisal has a right to build it, and that nothing can come in the way of the law of this land. Opposition to the project is also protected by the constitution, and, for the right reasons, is perfectly fine. However, Mr. Williams has opposed the project with an unbelievably hateful and racist zeal, and, in doing so, has spat directly on the Constitution that he claims to hold in such high esteem. The Constitution doesn't advocate racism or malice. It advocates healthy, respectful disagreement. This man, who calls Islam a radical religion is a radical of another order. He is brave to claim that Muslims don't understand American values when he doesn't understand them himself.

So Mayor Bloomberg is a "Judenrat" and a "domestic enemy." We may have a First Amendment, but as those statements so clearly illustrate, nothing in the Constitution can protect Mr. Williams from looking the fool. That we even bother to report and comment on such hateful language suggests how barren our political discourse is becoming. What a waste.

Mark Williams's serious use of the word "Judenrat" to describe Mayor Bloomberg and MBP Stringer was terrible.
However, his suggestion of an American Cultural Center in Mecca affords an apt image of the appropriateness of an Islamic Cultural Center at the site of the World Trade Center.
The only lack in his comparison is that American terrorists have not attacked Mecca.

Two words only come to mind to describe this person since he does not deserve the adjective gentleman!
RACIST AND BIGOTED, there are other more strident and strong descriptions but they get even more rude like the man himself, so me being a gentleman; I'll refrain.
My worry is that this guy still has strong connection to the tea party, I just hope we americans have the common sense never to elect this guy into any political office.

As much as it is wrong to build a mosque near Ground Zero, the funding for the mosque hasn't even begun yet so I'm not sure why everyone is saying the mosque is funded by terrorist linked groups. Please fact check before you make public statements. sheesh.
