(CNN) - A spokesman for Michaele Salahi of White House party-crasher fame batted down on Saturday morning a story that claims the “Real Housewives” star would be appearing nude in Playboy.
“It’s another rumor,” Salahi’s media liaison Michael Cruz told CNN. “We have no information about any official offer from Playboy.”
The celebrity gossip blog TMZ reported overnight that Salahi had a Playboy photo shoot booked for later this month and that Salahi would appear “full-frontal, birthday suit naked."
“I haven’t spoken to anyone at TMZ,” Cruz said. “I am trying to track down who at TMZ they are getting their information from.”
Salahi and her husband made news as the "White House crashers" in November after attending President Barack Obama's first state dinner without an invitation.
UPDATE:
On September 9, Salahi's representative reached out to CNN to explain that while they were totally unaware of an offer made to Michaele Salahi to appear in Playboy, an offer was indeed extended.
Since September 4, "Playboy has indeed made an invitation to Mrs. Salahi. Which came first is unknown? Did the media push this story and then that drove interest to Playboy??? We don’t know…and it all happened as a result of the frenzy of interest over this past last Holiday weekend through till now, or did the request come first? We simply don’t know," her assistant Jennifer told CNN.

Once again we reward bad behavior with wealth and fame. In a perfect world, both of them would be sitting in jail awaiting their trial for trespassing. These are the sort of people we see every day cutting in line, driving badly, and generally finding exceptions to the social norms that our society bearable. Sadly, somebody will buy the magazine and the cycle continues...
Playboy would no sooner photograph this "stick" than do a nude male. She's ugly, to boot. Freaky.

Why is this story considered political news. This type of journalism cause me to think that the news industry in not concerned about real news as much as the next story. And when people like the president calls CNN and others on crazy stuff like this, they are somewhat "beating up" on the media. The media needs to grow up.
Looks like she might have a nice rack. Why not? It's not about her. It's about selling magazines and her getting paid to help sell those magazines. That's what free enterprise is all about. It's not about anything more than that. I'll buy one.

At least this news puts Sarah Palin off the page for a while. The stupidity of some of the American populace is a national disgrace.

Here's the issue of Playboy, destined to stay on the shelf. Why would anyone waste their money on this, if the economy is as bad as everyone says. Seems like the mortgage, rent and groceries would be more important. Or maybe we're being fed red herring?
I won't waste my time to look for such an aging body and a disturbed mind. I doubt Playboy would want to have her on their mag. May be Penthouse or some other cheap Sex mag.

On the other side of the news...my partner and his investment group have just purchased their 7th house from the mortgage fiasco started under the Bush administration! I feel sorry for the people who were "sold" these shelters from the money grubing people that allowed them to do so with NO $$$. It is a buyers market now.
