(CNN) – He has little chance of unseating House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in her San Francisco congressional district, but Republican John Dennis knows how to make a splash.
The California businessman is out with a new Web video portraying the House Speaker as the Wicked Witch of the West in a campy takeoff of the Wizard of Oz.
The parody, released Sunday and already garnering close to 300,000 views on YouTube, includes Scarecrow, Tin Man, Lion, and Dorothy expressing fright of the state of the nation and bemoaning Democratic policies.
"I will save you from those evil Republicans," a faux-Nancy Pelosi-turned-Wicked Witch of the West assures the frightened group. "But first $18,000 for my downtown office, and then go into massive debt for Wall Street bailouts, and here are my monkeys (IRS agents) to make you pay for it all."
Dennis then appears, throwing water on the Pelosi figure who promptly begins to melt.
"I believe it's time to throw a little water on politicians who do one thing and do another like Nancy Pelosi," says Dennis.
In an interview with San Francisco Weekly, Dennis is pledging more zany videos taking aim at the California Democrat, including parodies of a Few Good Men and James Bond.
Though Dennis has spent over a million dollars on the race, his chances of winning are virtually nil – in 2008, Pelosi won 71 percent of the vote and appears headed for a similarly-large victory this November.
Responding to the ad, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Spokeswoman Jennifer Crider said laughing, "A silly web video deserves a silly response: Lions, and tigers, and bears! Oh, my!”

It is sad when an empty-headed, glassy-eyed witch garners 71% of the vote. That just goes to show how screwed up people in California are. But, who can be surprised? California is a haven for hand outs, freebies, illegals, ect. Everything the country shouldn't be is seen in California. So why should the representatives from that state be any less screwed up?

It is true that there is very little chance Speaker Pelosi will be voted out in her liberal stronghold San Francisco, but there is near 100 percent probability Dem. will lose the majority in the House early in November and Pelosi will have to move out of the onate speaker's suite before the year is over.

Let me tell you a story about how much this woman cares for the folks in her home town - SF - last week while home for the holidays she went shopping with eight secret service workers who immediately blocked off the cars parked in their way while she went into a store and shopped. Nice, huh?
Hopefully in November, we'll be able to really pour some cold water on the Nancy Pelosi regime. The country needs to heal after 4 years of democrat rule in the congress and the people recognize that the failed, neo socialist policies of the democrats are wrong for the country. The democrats are really desperate and they'll be dragging out their favorite pinata, George Bush, going into the fall elections.

Have all national Republican candidates participate in a victory parade, without any accompanying U.S. troops, in downtown Baghdad. Give the local population has the chance to show their appreciation for everything these creatures have done to, I mean, for them.
