Dems launch first ad targeting O'Donnell

The DSCC is up with its first ad targeting O’Donnell.
The DSCC is up with its first ad targeting O’Donnell.

(CNN) – While it remains unclear if national Republicans will run ads in Delaware supporting Christine O’Donnell, Democrats are already up with a spot attacking the surprise Senate nominee.

In the ad that launched Sunday, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee takes aim at questions surrounding O’Donnell’s financial history.

Full script after the jump:

We don’t know a lot about Christine O’Donnell. But here’s what we do know.

She’ll fit right in, in Washington.

O’Donnell spends money she doesn’t have. Hired employees she didn’t pay. Stiffed businesses. Didn’t pay her taxes.

One of Christine O’Donnell’s former employees summed it up: “We were constantly trying to hold her back from spending. She was financially completely irresponsible.”

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee is responsible for the content of this advertising.

As usual, CNN first kisses up to the 'maverick' candidates, glorifying them as somekind of new messiah, only to do an about face in two weeks trashing them out.
Well, I guess that evens out their initial overhype at least.

    Another conservative woman.

Another full media blitz to destroy her by CNN et al

Scary what the media has become in our society now.

No longer is the media the "watchdog". The media is now the "attack dog"

    Pathetic

Who cares? She's just one of hundreds of people running for office. Why is she so special? Because she dresses like that nobody quitter has-been from Alaska? Yeah, I'm sure dressing like that whiny loser makes her sooo qualified to be senator.

I am really surprised that the GOP is entrusting this woman with all that money in campaign funds. With her history with money management. you would think that they would be a lot more wary. I guess she doesn't care whether she wins or not, now that she's already has got more than a million in her pocket. Another Palin clone hahahah

This ad is a description of Barack Obama.
SHE spent money she didn't have?
OBAMA spent MY grandchildren's and great-grandchildren's money he didn't have.
Democrats would get more mileage from going after O'Donell about Satan.

I noticed that a few days ago Fox news had a "startling development" about O'Donnel's democratic opponent having written a paper praising Socialism. It also noted it happened 21 years ago. Could that be also a youthful mistake on his part. ."What is good for the goose, is also good for the gander" Fox news jumped on that, but seem to excuse O'Donnel. So do much of your angry conservatives. It is OK for Palin worshipping, ODonnel awed, tea partiers to criticize anyone who disagrees with them. But woe to anyone who criticizes her Exellency Sarah Palin.and any of her barking puppies. Palin is now calling for all Republicans to now support the party, the Party she continually criticizes What happened to to "Going Rouge"
Sincerely, a left wing Socialist defender of death panels who is unhuman since he dares criticize the Tea Party.
