Just in Time

For those of us old enough to remember the campaign finance hearings of 1997, Haley Barbour's delivery of the line "Senator, I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night" in his classic, southern accent still rings.

Then he was the head of the Republican National Committee and now he's chairman of the Republican Governor's Association...and Governor of Mississippi.
